great location for us as we had to catch a ferry - right over the Tanger Med Port. It's a hotel for practical use, not a "sightseeing" hotel, so be ready for views of the working port (which we found interesting!). The breakfast is included and consists of everything you could want (bread, croissant, coffee, OJ, eggs, etc). Jawed the receptionist was great, helping us with the odd language barrier and a minor rental car issue.

It's not well signposted, so look for it at the east end of the port building. I found the lack of signage surprising, as it's a great option for late ferry arrival or early departures. I'd also suggest more English information within the hotel - whilst I understand English is not a commonly used language in Morocco, I think that a hotel with its main clientele of international travellers, English would be helpful.

The Hotel is located right next to the ferry terminal. I stayed here because I came by ferry without a car and wasn't sure if there would be a bus to Tanger. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good. There are not a lot of vegetarian options on the menu for dinner, but the vegetable soup I had was delicious. The bed was great and I had a good night's sleep.

Yes, it is noisy because of the container shipping, but you have to expect that in a location like this. Earplugs help with that, I slept well. It's nothing special, but what you would ecxpect from a airport/train station/port Hotel.

It was a little out of our way, but we enjoyed the drive and ocean views and seeing the Port from our window. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We only needed a room for the night while traveling.

The restaurant, but it wasn't their fault. I don't think there was a lot of guests, so the menu was limited, and we didn't eat the complimentary breakfast, so I have no comment. We did drive back to the small village and had a wonderful meal and the price was very fair. The other comment is there's no rooms on ground floor and no elevator so guest need to know this before booking.

It was a very nice property. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The young lady who serviced the restaurant, Aymen, we believe is her name was great. Very helpful and always had a smile on her face.

The only downside was the noise from the shipyard. Tanger Med is a huge port and lots of 24 hour activity. The hotel is very convenient to access the ferries, just couldn’t get a full night sleep because of the occasional noise that the hotel has no control of.

Near to harbour Tanger Med. Secure parking! Delicious breakfast! Nice service! Comfortable rooms! Good price! Attention: tricky to find. It is in the upper level of the building, which is only accessible via another entrance in the roundabout near by.

Room was clean and modern. Shower was really good and fantastic location for an early ferry from the port. Plenty of parking.

Maybe it was just the night we were there but there was only one person serving in the restaurant. We were a group of 6 but it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When it did it wasn't good. Some of the party had cold food. On the plus side, it was cheap! We also checked out at 7am, however there was no-one on the desk for us to check out with, so we ended up just leaving our room cards on the check in desk.

It was perfect location for catching the ferry. (Any closer and we’d have slept on the boat!) Very clean, friendly helpful staff.

We came during Ramadan and didn’t really understand the eating timeframe restrictions. That’s on us not the facility and going a little hungry isn’t necessarily a bad thing. We can say we participated with the team a little.

The room was quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. The manager was friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. On one hand, there's really no view, just the cranes and the docks, of course that's what makes the location great in that it's right next to the port. We were also quite happy there was a restaurant on site, as there nothing else within walking distance. The dinner was simple, yet fresh and well prepared. There was a big screen tv next to the restaurant bar area where other guests were enjoying a football game. We had to leave too early for breakfast, but the manager thoughtfully brought us espresso and cafe con leche.

Not the hotel's fault, but there really is nothing else there other than the port. Something to keep in mind if you're expecting more than just a good place to stay next to the port.

I was reluctant to stay here after reading poor reviews. I’m glad I did. As a stop over before getting the ferry it was perfect. The hotel is the end unit of a shipping dock but once inside is fine. The room was spacious and modern. Sure there is port noise and light but it’s in a port and that’s it’s advantage,

Wish breakfast started at 6am rather than 7:30

We had anticipated a taxi ride to the ferry terminal so were pleasantly surprised when the desk clerk kindly showed us we only needed to walk down a hallway and one flight of stairs and there were all the facilities for checking in for the ferry. That was the best surprise of the trip. Dinner was excellent. I loved the view of the port from our window but found it quiet in the room.

Americans tend to eat dinner earlier but the 8 PM start was anticipated.
