Took the ferry from Tangier Morocco,,, I book it had not idea what to spect ! We had a lot luggage I want it a place near the port walking distance 🫶, the ideal place great location! nice big room with inclosure balcony , you can open the windows ! All decor white and beautiful tiles ! The bed , sheets very comfortable, ! Great stay ! The best bakery of Tarifa on the first floor , you literally on the Main Street of tarifa wall city . A few steps from the church! Got to book it !

Ummm ! I guess since o have the perfect room all is good , actually they had two beds together, I knew that anyway, but we make it work !!! Says it is a hostal but is not kitchen, is just a beautiful hotel

location is great-inside the wall just down from the church; functional bathroom; comfortable bed and clean room w balcony; good communications. great pastry shop too; stayed 2 nights

A little challenging to get checked in even with designated time. Another fellow spoke to the person in the pastry shop and she contacted reception person. had a phone #to call but that didn’t work for us. overall good value and a pleasant experience

The location is convenient. The rooms face the back of the building, so street noise should not be a concern. The rooms are large, have closets and a table with one chair.

Our room had an ant problem. A second chair would be helpful. Only one small window can be opened. This might be an issue in summer. People coming into the building or leaving early in the morning is fairly noisy.

Very nice luxurious room. I was not expecting it. Very comfortable. Windows opened over pedestrian street below. The nicest room in six weeks of budget European travel. I could have stayed longer.

No early check in. I could leave my bags, but the check in person arrived right at 3 and several of us were ready to check in.

Very warm welcome and friendly staff. Basic room with andalusian feel, very clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you need(towels, hairdryer, air conditioning, toiletries. Fabulous location and to wake up to the smell of the bakery is amazing. Definitely a place we will return to

We found the hotel in the lively, artsy old section of Tarifa, so we enjoyed both the tasteful atmosphere of this modern, clean, safe hotel as well as the area around it. Key cards for getting in and out accommodated our late night dinner and our early departure to catch the ferry to Morocco. Highly recommended! Great value for the price. Kind concierge!

No complaints. Showers were clean, well supplied with shampoo, body lotion, and gel wash. Plentiful supply of towels, toilet paper, and great beds made it a restful and relaxing space. We never heard late night noise, found an early morning coffee shop, and trotted to the port nearby. The only downside was the Tarufa wind...that no one could control!

Room 14 was perfect for me and my teenage son. Especially because it included a private terrace on the roof and twin beds. It was clean, well-lit, and airy. Quiet too.

No lobby or hardly any public places to chill in the shade, inside somewhere. Lots of sun and needed shade but not in our room where my son lay sick(!)

I went to hostal Gravina twice in the last month: I have always found a wonderful welcome staff, a clean and comfortable room in a building in the center of the village. And, last but not least, very good prices.

Maybe they could give to every guest a couple of flacons of shampoo/shower gel instead of one at night

It was clean quiet and comfortable. The location was near the Cathedral and central to shops and the port. Lots of places to eat. They were kind enough to hold on to our suitcases when we went to Tangier and spent the night there. The clerk was great. We definitely would stay there again. Even though it was quite hot, the room was comfortable.

Could have used a small table but the cabinet by the bed worked.

It was central, clean and nice toiletries plus they left a a bottle of water each

We were 3 single ladies sharping a room. They didn’t have single beds so 2 had to share a double bed. They might benefit from having beds that separate
