Firstly I would like to thank Mohsin the front desk manager for his genuine smile and hospitality, his recommendations and customer service are true to Moroccan hospitality. All the staff from Youssef to the parking guest server and doormen were gentlemen’s! I will be back and hopefully soon. The staff are top notch. Areas of improvement: 1.The phone was not working, 2. Water and expresso pods were not refilled until I called and my request was granted pleasantly. 3. The pastry is very subpar for breakfast including the OJ which very poor ( Morocco is famous for its oranges and fresh squeezed OJ goes a long way) 4. Walls need repainting below the flat screen ( excellent choice of channels btw).

As I explained there are areas of improvement! Few tweaks and generosity will be the icing on the cake! Extra amenities such as lotions, slippers and bath robes are essential!!

Great location, comfortable beds, nice linens, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Hotel only provides 2 small bottles of water per stay, 1 night or for several nights. Water is so inexpensive that daily bottles of water would be expected. Also 4 coffee capsules are given as a welcome but no additional capsules are provided for longer stays. Unless you go to a market to buy more, your Nespresso machine is unusable. Perhaps the hotel could offer additional capsules for sale at the front desk if they don’t want to offer a daily refill.

The hotel is centrally located in Tetouan, within walking distance of popular sites. In my opinion, you can not stay in a better location than this. You're a short walk from the old medina, but not inside of it (which can be very intense). The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are stunning! The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room is beautiful, offering a nice variety of options. The only reason for deducting a point is the poor wifi connection in our room, though it worked well in the reception and breakfast areas. Despite this, we would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

A big thank you to the staff at Soho Boutique Hotel. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The hotel is right in the center of Tetouan. Everything is close by—shops, restaurants, and the city’s beautiful monuments. The room was modern and comfortable, with a stunning view of the mountains. Stepping onto the balcony felt like looking at a painting. The food was excellent. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re visiting Tetouan, I highly recommend staying at Soho Boutique Hotel.

The location is in the centre of tetouan which was very helpful .The staff members are very very nice, friendly and helpful, they provide me with whatever I asked for ( hair dryer, the bed sheets to be changed). There is a coffee machine in the room with nice coffee capsules. There is also a T.V and a minibar

The room was too small especially the shower. They need to provide slippers in the rooms and to work on the bath odor.

The breakfast was really delicious, combining Moroccan and Spanish gastronomy with abundant choice. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the fact that they noticed it was my wife's birthday and prepared a nice and tasty surprise. A Nespresso coffee machine and a small but really working fridge in the room is notable advantage. We will definitely come back to Tetouan, and one of the reasons is the hospitality at Soho Boutique...

Hotel is brand new so everything clean and nice. The staff were amazing. We didn’t realise our mobile contract didn’t cover Morocco and they went and bought us SIM cards and helped us put them in our phones and get them working. They couldn’t have been more helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious!

As it’s new, somethings are not finished. The gym is not open and they do not have a licence for alcohol. They would not let us take our own alcohol to the restaurant either.

Beautiful Hotel in the centre of Tetouan, quite elegant and modern. Staff was very nice and helpful, they also assisted us to find a parking garage nearby. Room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful large terrace outside, where to enjoy a nice view of the city.

All staff members were friendly from the doorman all the way to the receptionist - Room was very comfy and clean - Breakfast was good

- The gym was not operational - Their was some noise on the streets since my room was overlooking the street.

The staff at the entrance and reception were very nice. The location was great to get everywhere by foot. The breakfast had good options

The bathroom smelled like mold and the room could have been cleaner. The service in the breakfast room was a bit slow.
