Excellent customer service, a reception of high quality even tough it is a pretty affordable hotel ! Excellent breakfast buffet with an impeccable view over the mountain, in addition to a full service dedicated to avoid allergies and address special needs. Staff always there ! Comfortable bed and super clean room. Parking spot assured with a guard to help you out day and night. Super clean, super spacious friendly and functional ! We have tried 3 hotels in the same range in Tetouan and so far this is the best of them all !

Moussa at reception was friendly and professional. He suggested really nice restaurant opposite to children play area for our daughter. He is star of this hotel. Security man was always helpful. All of their staff is very polite. Location was good too. Great for families. Highly recommended.

A lot of noise from main road. If you want good night sleep , get room at the back. I preferred view over noise.

I recently stayed at the Prestige Hotel & Spa in Tétouan for one night, from Feb 6 to Feb 7, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's ambiance was serene and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tétouan.

Overall, my stay at Prestige Hotel & Spa in Tétouan was pleasant. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was courteous. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. There wasn't anything specific that I didn't like.

Great brekafast and wonderful staff, very professional and very attentive to all guests. Good variety of items on the buffet. Coffee was OK, not the best, so I had to order cappuccino for 20 DH every morning. Room was very clean and the cleaning lady did a great jon every day. Shower is nice and hot water was available. Part of the shower wall needs caulking.

Room service, restaurant and spa are quite expensive compared to anywhere else visited in the area. Location is a little out of the way and there is a very steep hill to get to the centre of the town. Tiny balcony with only 1 chair and if you don't pay extra for mountain view the view from the back of the building isn't great.

I loved the room and scenery from balcony was magnificent, clean restroom and spacious, wardrobe was big and enough space for me and my wife clothes, and internet was good, like literally if I came back I’d book again with the hotel. Food was delicious 😋

I wished if they have a pool but they don’t have! Not many TV channels is working, as it need some tuning and organising but this is extra who would needed, we just used it at noon and nights.

Excellent staff & great hospitality. Cleanliness is well maintained in premises throughout. My requests were all facilitated with ease & additions accommodated superbly. Definitely would recommend & visit again. Thank You.

Last minute booking and was very pleased considering I originally booked my stay at the Casa Blanca, which was a huge disappointment. I would certainly recommend the Prestige Hotel
