The hotel is In an absolutely gorgeous location; on the beach!!!! Views outstanding! The swimming pool is big and with a lovey view! The beach is safe ; clean; NOT busy at all! In April We were the only one on the beach! You can walk from The hotel Swimming pool to the ocean within 30 seconds 👏!!! All hotel staff was amazing; Isabell Was great ; she helped us with everything!!!! She was extremly professional and polite. We had an amazing island visit tour with amazing Laurenzo! What an experience ! Thank You! Food was delicious and hotel was VERY clean!!! We got to the hotel by helicopter from Villanculos airport- excellent experience; gorgeous views; safe transfer!

We stayed in ocean view villa; so we had amazing views big private terrace but the villa need renovation and update ( fourniture was old) However it very clean and bed was very comfy but it wasn’t 5 star interior design .

dinner buffet very good . lunch service poor though . took over an hour to come . staff very very pleasant and helpful .

Laundry took 48 hours and several phone calls to come back . Not great when it’s a same day service. Condition of one of your horses very sad to see . needs attention

The location,the food ,the people ,the accommodation was faultless and we are certainly globally well travelled. This destination deserves accolades of the highest order .Well done to Anna and her team . We'll be back for sure

The tide that goes out for a few hours every day,however there are 2 amazing pools .When the tide comes in ,taking to the water is a delight

The location is stunning and the rooms are all very close to the lovely, warm and inviting water Communication with the Hotel was quick and easy before arrival

We perhaps didn't realise how "resorty" this place is so that could be our fault so we were disappointed with our stay and didn't find it at all value for money or experience... The beach was the highlight but there were many local children and adults walking up and down and peeking into our room, calling us and trying to engage with us whilst we were under our umbrella or at our pool. The security guards did not do anything to discourage this and so the privacy element was greatly reduced. The food is good - for two days - then it all starts feeling very repetitive especially the lunch menus at the restaurants which are limited and never change. Buffets are not for us personally so we didn't think the food was very good and the food was VERY 1980's... The juice are from boxes (as an example), and after a few days, if you're used to eating healthy, you'll not feel great on this food. The chefs were very friendly though and hardworking! The staff tried but we we would not say it was above average except for a few really nice waiters The spa treatments we had were lack lustre and not the standard you'd expect at such a highly rated place I was very suprised at how run down the common areas are to be honest - looks like nothing has really been maintained or updated in a while... Again, not what you'd expect at this level and at this price!
