Everything was perfect: staff, from the manager to the receptionist and the personnel in the bar and restaurant. The food in the restaurant was amazing and not expensive. Good variety of cold beer. Breakfast was also very complete with a lady preparing omelettes/eggs. An expresso machine good be ideal. The room was spacious, and the mattress really confortable. Good shower with hot water. When we arrived we shared a problem we were having with our rented car and the receptionist called the manager, who drove us to a local mechanic who took care of it and solved our problem. We really appreciated this!

We stayed there as part of a Namibia tour. Nice friendly and comfortable hotel. The room was absolutely fine and clean. The complex itself is also very nice, with all different type of trees ( e.g. Mango, avocado tree....) Breakfast is great. You can enjoy the pool ( Poll towels will be provided) and if you wish have diner there. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Check in was great and staff very friendly. Value for money is excellent. Burgers are amazing. The pool is lovely and room comfortable. Sister restaurant Casa Forno has excellent food too

Maybe could have done with a few more pool loungers as there are only 4 however space around the pool is a little tight.

Food is the best thing about this place. It is good and it comes in big quantities. We went for the a-la-card dinner and the portions were enormous. The place is next to a sports centre and an international youth competition was taking place when we were there, but it still felt pleasant, peaceful and safe.

Better mosquito prevention in the bathroom - I was attacked by a few while taking the john although the windows were closed when I arrived. Also the restaurant was not just for people, but also for the mosquitos.

Very good breakfast and excellent service. Very nice atmosphere. Got one of the best dinners on our trip in the whole of Namibia. Carl the manager provided unbelievable help with storing our meat for a few days in the hotel's deep freeze. Thank you and we will come back next year

The docor was amazing and suited Namibia. The layout was beautiful and the grounds well kept. The taste of venison prepared on site was exceptional.

During our stay it was unusually cold and as a result the food served for dinner and breakfast got cold on the plate quickly. Maybe the plates should have been warmed up before serving the food. The bar was not well stocked and alas no drink was purchased by our group. That did not deter other guests from enjoying what was available

Very helpful staff, as we had a problem with our car. We loved the breakfast, it had great variety and delicious juices. The room was a good size to fit the family. For dinner we ordered pizza from their restaurant across the street and for such a little town; those pizzas were impressively good!

The sofa bed was not that comfortable

Rooms was clean and spacious and very nice. Breakfast served was splendid. Staff is friendly. We would really stay there again.

The shower should maybe have a door and not be open because the bathroom gets totally wet no matter how you try not to splat the water. On Friday evening there was loud music op to late coming from somewhere.

The accommodation was very comfortable and well located. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a delicious breakfast. There is a restaurant on the premises and it was very convenient eating dinner there, the dinner was very tasty.
