I had a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The hospitality was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The meals were truly exceptional—delicious, well-prepared, and offered a great variety. Each dish reflected a high standard of quality and care. The overall ambiance of the hotel was cozy and relaxing, making my stay feel homely. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the smiling reception team. We experienced nothing but professionalism, such a delight. The team were polite, professional and caring, and we experienced this in every department. Obviously a well run Hotel. We had three meals in the restaurant… lunch, dinner and breakfast. All professionally served and the food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for … even an Italian espresso coffee machine ! My wife and I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and it was such a pleasure to be served by a team who obviously enjoyed their jobs and we’re proud to be in the industry too! We booked deluxe family room and it was spacious enough for 3 of us. Location was good ,at the heart of the city. Nepali thali was awesome. Me and my sibling enjoyed the food. Breakfast was tasty with millet pancake which is odd but very good taste...restaurant staffs were very accomodating

Didn't understand the way the bathroom drainage worked so bathroom used to be filled with water everytime we showered.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the hotel offered great value for money. The location was also convenient and well-connected.

There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom — water leaked all over the floor when the shower was used. This should have been addressed before the room was assigned.

The hotel is located in the good location ad away from road and traffic... Room facilities are low compared to the price but it's very neat and clean with excellent service ... The food is very good and we get all Indian foods
