The staff are well trained and definitely deserve appreciation. From the moment I arrived till I left, their hospitality was beyond words. Reception staff Ms. Anukha went the extra mile in guiding me to find places for my last minute shopping.Mr. Gautham arranged food for me as the in house restaurant was closed , he even helped me to book my cab for my trip to the airport. I am a frequent traveller and I must say that these people have raised the standard of hospitality I would expect.

The airconditioner was not working effectively, it took almost 2 hours for mild cooling. I stayed just for the night so did not bother much as I had to leave early.

The hotel was ideally located for connections with Bagdogra Airport and New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for the Darjeeling toy train. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The hotel was excellent value for money as was the breakfast selection. We arrived late so did not try the dinner selection. There was a comfortable bar connected to the dining room which was very welcome after a long day of travelling.

The food quality was very poor. The cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards expected for the room tariff. Additionally, the towel provided by the hotel was in very bad condition and not suitable for guest use.

DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR YOUR PARENTS! This is the worst hospitality and stay ever experienced. We booked the suite for 3 people - to senior citizens and an adult. Let me begin with the housekeeping, worst service they provide 2 bottles as complimentary and it was already in the evening and they had requested for additional bottles and guest what does the receptionist says - once you finish your two bottles then they can provide for more! What the hell is this kinda service? When you book a suite you are expected to get atleast a place thats liveable the bedsheets were TORN! SLIPPERS were not given after multiple times of asking they provided! Breakfast was so poor in taste, dinner there was uncooked! The JET SPRAY was so powerful it was not in the state to be used! THE FIRST TIME WE BOOKED (OVER THREE WEEKS BACK WE HAD A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE) BUT THIS SECOND TIME THE HOTEL COSTED SO MUCH FOR THE NIGHT AND THE SERVICE AND UPKEEP WAS NOT EVEN WORTH 3K A NIGHT!
