We stayed for a night while going to Darjeeling. Hotel is located near NH at Matigara, outskirts of Siliguri.Rooms are moderately good size and spacious attached bath with bathtub. Mr. Shivshankar Sarkar the Manager was very helpful and all staffs are always With a smiling face and always ready for help. There is a pool but we didn't have time to venture. Nice hotel. Will recommend anyone as it's value for money.

All good ..... but if Non veg option also available will have been better. But it's ok.

Everything is perfect here. The room are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms are big and crystal clean. Veg and non-veg restaurants on site. Nice swimming pool and Gym. The staff is helpful and courteous.

The AC in the room did not work. Later we were shifted to another room which was little cooler still, did not go below 23 degrees celsius the entire night.

The place was quite amazing and exceptional. easy check in/out, slippers, coffee pot, hairdryers, table, housekeep, room service.. everything I found beyond my expectations. The Gentleman who visits for house keeping in morning deserve a worth mentioning here.

The night staff (6th Aug) at front desk didn't let my visitor to join me in my room. Upon asking the reason his reply was 'we dont allow females visitors after 9PM in room. I agreed to show her ID card as well but didn't work..It was quite unexpected to me. This is kind of a gender biased stereotyping...

Clean rooms , good service and we'll behaved staff

Non-Veg Restaurant is a bit expensive... I ordered Ballentine 2 pegs ... They charged me 1500 although menu card was showing 375 per peg ... Then they told me it was 30ml for 375 which was not mentioned in the menu... Otherwise good restaurant .

Fantastic service from all the staff from every different departments I enjoyed the stay very much and I want to thank Miss Shikha ,Mr. Darpan, Mr shiv and Miss Anjana for their top notch service ...

The breakfast stuff - grumpy, unhappy, serving food on table with their left hand. The manager was scolding the staff in front of guests. Clearly no proper training.

Rooms were good but the lobby area especially near to pool and the washroom nearby not at all cleaned frequently and the washroom in the common area had an unclean atmosphere.

Great location, the hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. The staff was available 24hrs. The food was great as well.

As I needed to reach airport on time not to miss my flight due to Siliguri's traffic jam. This hotel is in the right location to reach the airpot on time.

WIFI needs to improve. It doesn't work.

Room service was super fast with great food. Staff are polite. Overall nice stay.

Phone in the room was too old to handle, would recommend to work on it. Also coz may be of renovation some drilling noise. Could do better then this in terms of room facilities.
