The rooms were clean & very comfortable. Food is really good and healthy, highly recommended to all the visitors who come to Siliguri. Price is reasonable. Lovely with pleasant stay .

Breakfast was good. The location was a little in the interior from the main road, but overall, the property was well-kept and well-maintained. Due to Durga Puja there were bhanjans from early morning from the nearby suburbs. It was quite a welcome addition.

The bed sheets could be cleaner. The washroom had an open water outlet which was a little scary as there was danger of some rat or other animal entering from there.

INSTA 18 IS GOOD FOR A DAYS OR TWO DAYS STAY WHILE YOU ARE ON A TRANSIT TO THE NORTH EAST.REALLY DONT EXPECT SO MANY FRILLS ,BUT CLEAN NEAT AND WITH FRIENDLY STAFF.AND OF COURSE THEY PROVIDE THE BEST POORIS AND OMLETTES FOR BREAKFAST .EASILY ACCESIBLE FROM AIRPORT OR RAILWAY STATION

THEY HAVE TO GET THE ENTRANCE GATE CORRECTED .FIX AN EXHAUST FAN FOR THE TOILETS ,AND A LITTLE MORE HOOKS INSIDE BATHROOMS IS REQUIRED

The property is awesome, very neat and clean, and the food was good. Great hospitality. I went with my friends but, it was perfect even for family stay.

I don't know if I should mention it but the bed is too soft, I think city people like it more, but I sleep on a little hard bed. To be honest I think it is an individual choice, but most of you who are reading this will love the bed. I feel like sinking in the bed.

AC is good, beds are specious . Bathroom facilities are good.

4 bedded room , but only one chair for 4 persons. There should be provision for more sitting arrangements according to the room. No restaurant, only room services, so there should be proper arrangement to have the food in the room.

The location is excellent for people travelling and looking for a one or two nights stay. The rooms are big enough with clean sheets and bathrooms are also clean. Maintenance is very good.

The upper floors could be better lighted at night. The lobby and the staircases gets wet during rain. This should be taken care off. Our first night bathroom floor was very slippery. The food is a little costly.

One of the best properties in central siliguri.. Clean and hygienic rooms with good aroma all day . The staff are very helpful and the management is top notch. They are on the way to open a restaurant but provide you with delicious food .All my good wishes to the Hotel management. Do look forward to staying with them when back to siliguri.

Very nice experience staying there, their hospitality, service and food is excellent. Fantastic location...huge compound and parking is also inside the property. it's a great hotel. My compliments to the management and their whole team.

It was clean and spacious but no geyser was there. Food options and quality were good but rice not parboiled. This was a little far from available facilities like medicine shop, travel titbit. However staff arranged for things in emergency as best as they could. Guest house provided a reliable car in time.

Location was good especially if someone need an accommodation near to the Tenzen norgay bus station or the siliguri junction. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the in house restaurant prices were also reasonable and the food was also 7/10. The staff were also very helpful.
