1. The hotel is located on the commercial area with malls and shops within walking distance 2. The rooms were clean & had comfortable beds 3. The concierge was helpful in arranging taxi when 1 day prior pre-booked ola cabs cancelled booking at the time of pick-up. 4. Variety of food options were good

1. Access cards allowed access to room floor only while due to availability of rooms, our family were given rooms on different floors. 2. Intercom was not available in the living room of junior suite, so every time you are required to go to bed room to make a call or receive a call.

Location was good. Right on the main road. Rooms are rather small but clean and comfortable. Restauarant was nice just behind the reception. In the restauarant Dhawan Das, Steward was very helpful and well informed. Hotel is only 15 km from Bagdogra Airport. Great option for overnight stay on the way back from Sikkim or Bhutan and at the time of late arrival to Bagdogra airport.

The room there were three things I found excellent. First, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The show, nice and hot and easy to operate. And lastly, doesn't sound important to some unless you're a big reader - they had a light fixture attached to the wall that was perfect for reading. The breakfast very attractive and excellent assortment of Indian and western dishes. And - the staff professional and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't think of anythging.

The rooms were clean and staff extremely attentive. Although the breakfast was vegetarian, it was delicious. The server at the breakfast Dipen was very attentive and served us very well. Dikshya at the front desk was cordial and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay amidst the chaos of Siliguri.

location was superb for us. Breakfast was good too and we enjoyed. I like their masala dosa and tasted upma for the first time and it was delicious.

I think their exhaust air pass system is not good. As we had experience twice smoke from other rooms in our washroom when we both are nonsmoker. Though the housekeeping was very good and put air purifier too.

The breakfast was adequate. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Ankita Shanker was extremely helpful. I would like to thank her for impeccable service

The fact that only vegetarian food was provided at the restaurant. Most star hotels provide both vegetarian and non vegetarian food

Cleanliness, toiletries, quietness

Check in took a lot of time despite my arrival was at 3-15 pm (whereas check in starts at 2-00 pm) and I had informed about my arrival time in advance. I was asked to wait for quite sometime as room was not ready, Expected a bigger room for 2 people occupancy. Extra bed (as a part of booking) was made available at cost but preperation of the bed took more than an hour after the request.

We had a really comfortable stay and loved the ambience of the property . Attentive and lovely staff. The bed was super comfy . They have put so much effort in the morning breakfast, so many choices and whatever we had were very delish . Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back .

Communication glitch Taxi driver took us nearly to the airport till I questioned him about heading to the railway. We just made our train .Not his fault .He was obviously given the wrong info . Despite this I would recommend this hotel

They were charging me for just 1hr late checkout. And this is when I had requested for the same art the time of booking. Ended up not paying. And spent 2 unnecessary hours at a nearby coffee shop.
