This is a large, well-run establishment, which has a range of room types. It is in a good location, just a short tuk-tuk ride from the main bus station next to Siliguri Junction train station. The cheaper rooms are clean and functional, but fairly spartan. They look a little like cells, but are perfectly ok and I found the bed to be comfortable. The shared showers work well with a good supply of hot water. There is room service and I found the breakfast to be good and delivered on time, but there are plenty of food options nearby, including an upmarket restaurant on site, which serves good food. Wifi worked well.

My two-day stay at Saluja was fantastic! The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Siliguri ---

We've stayed twice at Hotel Saluja, and are very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and lounge, elevators and hallways. Staff are always so helpful and kind -- we appreciate that so much.

The only reason I'm not rating the stay "Excellent" is because there was so much construction going on (I think both in Hotel Saluja and at Saluja Residency next door), even into the night, that we found it difficult to sleep.

Just what we were looking for - nice and clean enough to be comfortable, but budget enough for a simple overnight stay between destinations. We went to a nice restaurant nearby for dinner and the room service options were great for breakfast. Staff were very helpful with requests throughout our stay.

Hallways were not kept clean - food was left out for the cat and not cleared away. Windows in the rooms did not have views, they just opened up to stairwells.

This is not a dislike but just a note that my single room was in a separate 'hostel' department of the hotel where it may have been a little more basic than the rest of the hotel but still really good. I slept very well. Bathroom with a cold water shower (for me at least) was at end of corridor, this was fine for me.

Cleanliness, locality, value for money, food was good try garlic naan with some paneer dish. They accept booking via booking.com at the price shown in the app. Way better than other hotels at the same price range in siliguri.

Food rate is too much high I want tea at our check out time 2 nd. January "24 morning at about 4 a.m. but your reception said dining is open after 6.30a.m. What is this? We cannot bother it. It's mean Your international standard?

The Staffs are very kind also their servicing is very good! The rooms were very clean and tidy all the facilities were top class! Staff behaviour to the Rooms 👍🏽

I noticed the staff who providing drinking hot water in the room are very honestly doing their job.

The value for money was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even the rooms were clean though there wasn’t window view but the price of hotel room was affordable compared with many hotels around.

Just the location we’re little far as auto rickshaw were rejecting to reach us central and Vega mall where we needed to go.
