Hotel staff was good and supportive
1. The restaurant area and the lift was smelly as it must be Hygienically clean with better ambience and fragrance. 2. If a customer order something one by one not in one time then some staff were feeling irritated as they shouldn't .

Room were very clean and even cleaning every day if you stay more than 1day😀 staff are very helpful 👍🏻 Good breakfast with coffee ☕️ I recommend this hotel if you spend time with friends and family 💝

Ambience, the rooms were spacious and awesome. Courteous staff. Loved it. Very near to Siliguri junction. Worth !
Breakfast wasn't offered. I thought breakfast was inclusive :-(.... however, that was never a big issue

the kitchen was not open by 7:30 am for breakfast. they took special effort to make us breakfast at 8 am. according to them they start functioning by 9:00 am and later
