Staff Behavior, Prompt Service, Over all clean and cozy room. The restaurant is well decorated. As an interior designer appreciating the styling and decor. Most importantly we are very happy with the service and cooperation of Mr. Dutta.(At reception). will surely visit again.

I have been staying at Gupta's hotel whenever I visit siliguri and they never disappoint me in any way. Staff and their behaviour is always top class with the management special thanks to (MR NOOR) for all the help he provided me with . Good room, good staff, good food, clean room and lavatory. Hot water available. Good view from our room. In Room Dining facility available . To top it all, team led by a good manager.
