To start with: staff is very friendly and welcoming and eager to assist in every way possible. Rooms are properly sized and with a comfortable double bed and still space to move around. Good AC, good hot shower with your own geyser and fast wifi available. Elevator is there to reach the upper floors and in house restaurant available. Breakfast is sufficient and rotates every day. Plenty secured private parking available. Quiet location with plenty of good food outlets at a walking distance. Good same day laundry service available at a fair price. Foreign cards accepted for payment.

Apparently common procedure with Treebo Trend hotels is that once booked via Booking.com and confirmed with voucher, you will receive a message from Treebo Trend that your reservation is on hold because of an open payment for your reservation and if you can click on some obscure link in their message as to make the payment and confirm your reservation. Please make this procedure/requirement known in advance in the description on Booking.com or make full use of the possibility to make payments directly through Booking.com so customers can rely on having a confirmed reservation once booked and don’t need to get the “surprise” that their reservation is on hold because the payment is due.

The staff was excellent. That is what made the stay exceptional. I was not well. They took care of my needs. The food was also according to my health needs. I am thankful. Neat and clean and all facilities were good. Breakfast was also decent at this price. I cannot ask for more. Very homely.

Only the room size was so small, that i felt claustrophobic.

Excellent Breakfast spread. Ate good quality of eggs and curd after ages. Really wanted to ask the owner from where did they buy their dairy. The staff was really good ,on our request they bought ice cream for my daughter at night from outside as their own stock was exhausted. The room was neat and clean and the hotel is just on the main road. Its value for money and excellent in all respects.

Nothing to complain

Room was clean for Indien Standards the breakfast varietes where not outstanding. It was more a buffet with local foods. Staff was very very friendly and the food in the restaurant besides the breakfast was very very tasty. I would recomend the hotel for a layover stay of max 2 days but not for many days.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was quite noise outside the rooms on the hallway and also generally outside because the hotel is almost next to the main street.

Everything, right from the staff's behaviour, food, cleanliness, room, and washroom, was admirable. Also, I had requested to help me checkout at 4 a.m. since I was travelling on my bike and had to reach Kolkata by evening. As soon as I called the reception around 4 a.m., there was this gentleman at my door in a minute. and helped me checkout and with my luggage. Awesome experience.

Great, clean place with friendly staff.

Room was really small and in front of the building there is a big dusty construction site. Also they were doing very noise on the ground floor, hammering and grinding metal.

Breakfast was balanced and tasty and sufficient variety.

Housekeeping can be improved like dental kit and shaving kit ,comb and moisturizer should have been provided.You may add the marginal cost to room rent. No body would mind paying little extra.

Though i made the booking but unfortunately due to some of my personal reasons i wasn't able to show up yet had a number of conversations with the hotel staffs which gave me a feeling of hospitality, politeness and a good customer service. I would definitely like to stay at Treboo trend in my next visit to Siliguri.

Room was realy clean during check in and hotel staff wear also good,and location is easy to find

For 1 hour of extra check out hotel cost me 500 rs more which I think is really unethical because they said room wear booked so can't able to help us when we said we need 1 hour extra time to check out, but when I paid extra money they allowed us but I think they could easily allow us for late check out

Breakfast are nice, tasty, well maintained dinning spaces. Location now in peace area, but may hampered for upcoming road construction.

Room size would have been little more spacious.
