Staff were very hospitable. Even the security personnel helped in carrying the luggages and were very polite. They have got huge car parking. So parking the car was very comfortable. Rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. Location is very easy to identify. The Restaurant was very good. We had dinner and breakfast thrice in Saffran (The restaurant in 1st floor of this hotel). The staff were very polite and very accommodative. Had interacted with the entire staff: Birendra, Vibik, Jhon, Ayush Reshma, Gautam and Mr Shantanu. Big thanks to all of them. Overall its very pleasant place to stay. So i can give 5* rating to this.

Super friendly staff in a well managed hotel. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The bedrooms are a generous size with the most comfortable beds we have experienced. Great breakfasts with a good variety of hot and cold food. Great value for money!

Perhaps the wifi voucher arrangement could be updated as the vouchers only last for 48 hours so in a longer stay guests have to keep renewing their vouchers.

Everything. The rooms are spacious and equipped with AC and fans. The beds were comfortable and everythinbg was nice ands clean. It was exceptional value for money. We visited this hotel on several occasions and usually upgraded to suites. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It is the best value for money hotel I have ever found. The restaurant was also of a good quality with attentive and helpful staff. Great experience.

Sometimes the AC was not functioning properly and the rooms did not always stay cool.

A very clean fresh and plush property. Every single staff endeared us and went out of the way to assist us. We have small issues with the wifi and we had several personnel coming and checking with us. Finally they even had a new booster modem fixed in our suite room and we had a great wifi experience. I should have mentioned about the upgrade in our room from deluxe to suite and it was a huge spacious apartment kind. Every furniture and fitting were classy and clean. Bathroom quite spacious and clean with all toiletries. Our Room itself apart from the living one was big and with all amenities , clean and comfortable mattress , several seating places , TV with several channels to watch. Window with a city view. Nice Ac and fan working in tandem. Room service excellent with the food and all services we asked for. I repeat every single staff were extremely polite , helpful and quick in their service. Complimentary breakfast was a great spread too with several options and also on demand dishes on offer. We also availed a reasonable economical travel service to see around temples and few places of visit nearby. Overall a short one day stay but one with plenty of rest , relaxation and warmth with the hotel being the best we could have checked in to. Best Wishes and good luck to all there.

Nothing that we remember.

I am in love with this hotel and its staff. This is my fourth time staying here and I hope I will have the opportunity to visit again. People who work here are one of the nicest people I have met during my travels. Indian hospitality, please, take a notice... I like their beds and the beddings, never wanted to get up. Breakfast spread is always yummy. Thank you for everything.

The room was lovely Every single member of staff was brilliant The service was amazing eg I requested extra tea bags and the housekeeping staff was waiting for me at the lift entrance with them within 3minutes But most importantly the restaurant was incredible The service was attentive and the food well the best I'd eaten in India Go try it you won't be disappointed

Absolutely nothing

Everything was excellent. Front desk service was 5 star quality. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. And all staff members were very friendly and courteous. Incredible VFM.

The decor is a bit dated but still very comfortable. No mini fridge in my room.

I'm sure this'll be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Siliguri. The room was large with modern furniture, and well-lit. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The in-house restaurant serves an amply selection of good food also at other times, giving hotel guests a 10% discount. The location is fairly central and on a main road. The staff was competent and helpful.

Nothing, except maybe that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit higher.

Location, car park and accommodation

Most of the rooms are filled with persistent strong cigarette smells and could not be gotten rid of with air fresheners. On every occasion I have stayed I had to request for a change of room despite my initial request for a non smoking room. I do think that the hotel has any room designated for non smokers.

Location was alright but it is difficult to access the railway station from the hotel because of constant cancellation of rides by Ola/Uber/InDrive taxi services.

Doormats were absent. Hotel telephone directory was missing in one room. Microwave services were not offered on demand despite having microwaves. Staff did not have to lie and claim to not have microwave oven. There are better ways of convincing those taking residence at the hotel to order food from the hotel rather than having food brought from outside and denying them the ability to warm up their food.
