Hotel Airport Gurkha is an exceptional place to spend a few nights at the serene city of Kathmandu. The whole staff at the hotel is outstanding to say the least. They will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. The staff helps you to get cabs at reasonable prices, guides you to site seeing locations and is always smiling. I must say this is 5 star staff at the price of a 2 star hotel.

There is nothing that you can complain about at this hotel. May be they can add a few more options for breakfast. However the current food options are enough for Indians.

Just 10 min taxi drive from Kathmandu airport also 1 Km walking distance from Pashupatinath Temple and special thanks to Mr. Dipesh who arranged our sightseeing tour and helped with whatever required, also they are very helpful for giving local currency whatever required and then can pay back with your currency.Breakfast menu on our package was good in taste.overall highly recommended for booking.

So many hotel restaurants were available all around but the taste was not that good for indian dishes.

The service that I liked the most was airport shuttle. That was very helpful for me to travel to and from airport with that many luggages. Rooms were good for the price. I have no complaints at all. Everything was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time as well.

One thing I think you could improve is providing a complementary bottle of water for the room everyday. It’s not big issue but that would definitely make the customer happy with their stay.

The hospitality of the staff is exceptional,the food is more than I expected, very tasty. The place neat and clean. I hope never change the service, and continue like that giving maintenance to the hotel constantly, many hotels cheat to the customer with fake pictures of the rooms but in airport Gurkha is not like that, I absolutely recommend

The location is great; 5 min walk to Pashupati and 5 min walk to airport. Comfortable bed and hot and cold, ac room. Deluxe room was great.

My feeling is that standard room was small but deluxe room was great. Constuction noise even after 10 Pm. The hotel room are not sound proof. I think that is normal in KTM.

The staff was awesome, very supportive, they called and confirmed the timing of arrival. By the time we reach,it was Christmas day and they had done the room decoration accordingly.

It was great experience with this hotel, helpfull staff , very supportive and well hygiene maintened even the staff offered the complimentary drop at the airport at the time of check out

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience.

As a Hospitality industry there is always a place to improve. we can work on adding some refresher for better smell in room and bathroom.
