The staffs were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the resort is absolutely perfect & we enjoyed the Sunset Point very much. What truly stood out was the special treatment we received during the EID festival.The resort went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by preparing special food just for us, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service, a prime location and memorable experiences.

The hotel is beautifully situated at the top of a mountain, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are kind and efficient, with special thanks to Ramita at customer service, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. However, be prepared for a challenging drive—the road leading to the hotel is extremely bumpy and winding, with numerous potholes. The asphalt is in very poor condition, possibly the worst I've encountered.

The road conditions and the pollution were disappointing. Although we were high up in the mountains, the view was obscured. A layer of smog, unfortunately caused by pollution, covered the entire area, making it impossible to enjoy the scenery.

The whole experience was truly exceptional. The staff were extremely well trained, professional, and most importantly very friendly and helpful. The room facilities & housekeeping were excellent, and the views of the Langtang range from the rooms were remarkable. The food and restaurant facilities were excellent too. The recent addition of a lift (elevator) to one of the room levels was a thoughtful move, especially useful for senior citizens. While we would credit the entire staff and management for making our stay truly memorable, special mention is due to Rubesh & Robin who personally ensured that our stay was indeed a superb experience. We will be back!

Frankly, there is nothing we did not like or had a bad experience with, which is testimony to the professionalism and hospitality of the both management and the entire staff.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff was unsurpassable and nothing we ever experienced in similar 5 star hotels in Europe. Soaltee combines Western style comfort with an exquisite international cuisine and goes one step further in accomodating its guests with a genuine warm heartedness of staff on all levels. From the time we arrived, Mr. Vajracharya from reception made us feel like VIP guests, making sure we would be provided with the best service. Supervisor Dinesh from the restaurant and all the other waiters and staff there were treating us like royals as we enjoyed delicious fruit, cheese and sweets with some really good wine at the bar in the evening. We also recommend trying the spa - those ladies know how to give a proper relaxing massage!  We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Nepal and will miss all the lovely and hard working people from this hotel.

Just a wonderful property up on the hill with the most spectacular views of the Langtang Himal mountain range. The room was beautiful, clean with a stunning view to wake up to each morning. Food was delicious and the staff professional and brilliant! They arranged for me to visit the nearby temple while the driver waited for me which was reasonably priced too. Amazing sunset views on the terrace by the restaurant and the pool looked great although it was a little cold for me to use it.

Wow wow wow - highly recommended!!! Must visit!!! I went with my daughter to rest for the weakened. The place is amazing , views are stunning, i think the best you can get in Nagarkot BUT the staff and the service we got was not less than EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! We’ll definitely come back , if you are planning a vacation in Nagarkot, in high standards, don’t think twice ! This is the place , super recommended and the most valuable for money.

Wow just wow! I have been travelling India and Nepal for the past 3 weeks staying at budget, mid and high end hotels / resorts. This was by far my favourite place to stay in the whole duration of my vacation. The location is stunning with beautiful views of the Himalayas in the distance. The rooms are 4 to a block so each room has its own special view through the big windows. I had both breakfast and dinner at the resort, they are served as a buffet in the fabulous restaurant once again with stunning views. My room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed, as you would expect from a 5 star resort. Most importantly the very large bed was so comfortable. I had the best nights sleep of my 3 week journey. The communication from the moment I booked was excellent and very informative. The management and staff could not do enough for me, they were so polite, friendly and attentive. The manager also ordered me a taxi which at a price I was very happy with and the taxi was in excellent condition. All in all this resort gets 5 stars from me across the board and I highly recommend you visit if you are looking for a place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Thank you!

I loved 🥰 this property!

It has great views. The rooms are very comfortable. Ideal for those seeking a quiet time. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are kind and truly helpful. They found me a taxi back to Kathmandu for a very good value. There’s a suspension bridge about 3.5km away which is a fun walk.

It’s remote so plan accordingly. There are no restaurants or stores nearby so you’ll be stuck buying everything at the resort and it can quickly add up, if you’re cost conscious.

The resort was good with a beautifully designed restaurant, a cozy pool, beautiful garden leading to the sunset view deck. The service staff, however, was exceptional. They elevated our experience to a whole new level. Mr Subodh, the F&B manager and all the service staff at the restaurant deserve a special shout-out for making our stay so memorable. Mr Subodh and the Chef curated our dinner menu specifically to give us a taste of the local Nepali cuisine. The taste of Choila, Gundruk and the wonderful Wheatgrass juice and the memory of the attention and care will stay with us always. My kids especially loved the breakfast spread. 3 cheers to all the service team at Soaltee Nagarkot.

The room size was slightly small and there were a lot of flies that kept on entering the room every time we opened the gate. Considering all the greenery around, An air cutter around an enclosed entry gate for the cottage block should do the trick.

The service was absolutely brilliant. From the reception staff, reception manager to restaurant staff, porter, everyone were brilliant. They always had smile on their faces and when I asked why they do have it, almost everyone said they loved their work. The new management must have been brilliant.

Not a hotel problem though. It's purely booking.com issue as I was unable to choose all inclusive during the stay. The cost would have been much cheaper even with all inclusive if I had booked directly from the hotel. I suggest booking.com to look into this and offer the service.
