Nice spacious room, separate toilet and large fridge/sink and kitchen amenities - you can’t cook but there is cutlery, plates etc. Love the bench near the window!

Cleanliness was so-so. I think the last time they vacuumed and/or mopped under the bed was a very long time ago. The fridge was off. I only discovered in the morning; apparently you have to put in on yourself. I recommend to either put it on before guests arrive or otherwise put a note in there so people know. First experience of hotel without a reception. Everything went smoothly via email and received check-in info on arrival date. The room was modern and bright, exceptionally clean and a very comfortable bed. We loved the format and very convenient as in the historic center.

location was perfect, in the city centre, and with attractive environment for bicycle tours Airco was fine, as wel as safe location to put the bicycles

breakfast was not delivered, although ordered. There happened to be miscommunication at the delivering bakery. We used the suggested alternative (HEMA, almost next to the hotel, which was fine and much cheaper) and the ordered breakfasts were credited

Nice clean little hotel in the city center. All we needed for a good nice sleep. No hotel staff, but that didn't bother us opening the door with our mobile etc. But it is important to be aware of that you need your phone with you and have internet on it. But it worked fine.

The hotel is pretty new, modern design. It is ideally located on the main street of Bolsward. Check-in and check-out are automatic, you do not meet anybody, everything is done through internet, you even use your phone to open the doors of the hotel and of the room. The room I stayed was big and nice.
