I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the lovely view from the room — it really added to the overall experience. I also appreciated how quiet it was throughout my stay, which made for a restful and peaceful environment. I would definitely consider staying here again.

In my particular case I rented a car to explore the nearby towns and cities, so I was using the hotel parking lot which is on my opinion is far from reception and not convenient if you’re traveling with family and several luggages. However, I would still definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and service minded. The room was spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was also pleasant. Location was just right for us.

Although in general the breakfast buffet was fine, the cooked breakfast was poor. Most items were lukewarm at best, bordering on stone cold. Beans and scrambled eggs were dried out and the hash browns were burnt. If you offer it do it properly or not at all. This did not live up to the otherwise very good standard of the hotel.

Spacious room, modern, pleasant. Spacious bathroom. Toilet separated by door, very useful. Large and comfortable bed. Breakfast various and tasty. Quiet despite city ring street adjacent. Friendly and competent staff. Bicycle rent simple and less expensive than other providers. Close to city center (15-20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes bicycle). Free parking!

Fridge/Minibar war very small, fitting max 3 bottles. No stairs, had to use elevator all the time. More vegan options for breakfast would be good (e.g. Hummus, plant spreads, soy yoghurt, soy/oat milk).

The kitchen facilities were really basic, I was expecting more structure like an oven or better cookware and utensils. The cleaning of the room occurs twice a week, but it was not efficient. The only change I could see was the bed tidy. No other parts of the room or bathroom were cleaned.

The staff! Always helpful and with a smile on their faces! Wow what a great advertisement for Friesland...Brabant hotels should come here to train ;). The breakfast was excellent, best cooked eggs. The room was large and clean and had a bath. Hotel was lovely and quiet.

The location was a little far from the city however the free parking made this no problem. The pillows were too soft but this did not take anything away from the large clean room.

This was one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in! The toom was very comfortable. Lovely and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast!

Nothing! It was excellent! Only small suggestions include: Pillows a little soft and Kettle didn't plug in but it was no trouble to plug it somewhere else! Aircon doesn't seem to turn on but the window opened so no problem for us!

Friendly service, efficient check in and check out. We visited over Easter and the small bag of chocolate eggs upon checkout was a sweet gesture. A modern lobby and room, although certain parts of the room are seemingly getting dated(switches, minor finishes). Overall though, excellent value for money.

Not a fan of the open shower design, usually get a bit of water outside the "shower" area. The location is a bit of a walk to the city centre if that's something that matters. We were fully aware of the distance.

Top location - top reception staff - very tasty hotel restaurant

staff in hotel bar sometimes not very motivated to serve drinks - like to close bar as early as possible - what is very sad - because very nice bar - even restaurant posted booked out - even when lots of tables very available - unlogical

We booked a family room which is two adjoining rooms. Very spacious rooms with big bathrooms. One room had a mini fridge, while one was without. The staff are super friendly and responsive.

It's a bit of a walk to the city centre. There are no restaurants nearby. The only restaurant within the hotel is the Michelin star restaurant on the top floor. The rooms were not really clean when we arrived but the staff responded immediately.

The room was very large with a superb bed and great views over the city. The staff were really friendly and made it an enjoyable experience

On the first day the breakfast was chaotic. No one checked us in and the cooked food wasn't refilled, but the second day was much better
