This place deserves much more than it costs: a small B&B in a quiet residential area just outside the city center of Leeuwarden. Outstanding cozy rooms, recently renewed, with new floors and private bathroom, brand clean and with heavenly comfortable beds. No noises even if there were other guests in the other rooms. Possibility to come in and go out 24/7 with an efficient system of access to the structure. The breakfast is more than personalized: you can have salty and/or sweet breakfast, fresh fruit, bread/croissants and dairies, local products, coffee, cappuccino, teas and much more served in a small but cozy tea room with a view on a private garden. A special mention goes to the owner and all the staff: they were a family for us and they made us feel like home for the entire staying: friendly, professional and always ready to share with the guests knowledges about the city Leeuwarden, and to suggest excursions in the city center and the province Friesland, special events and museums.

Absolutely nothing! There's nothing we can say or suggest. This kind of structures are rare and should be promoted and supported all over the world.

Amazing cozy place! I felt at home. The B&B is fully equiped, everthing clean and the owner very kind taking care about anything you need or might need. Beautiful dinning room to have breakfast and she offers several options. Peaceful surroundings and quite nights for a perfect sleep and rest.

The front door lock is not very handy/friendly. Additional instructions might be given to know how to open the door in te right way after introducing the code.

Lovely B&B with comfortable rooms. The breakfast is individually prepared for each guest and is delicious. The host was very helpful and is an expert on Frisian culture and history, happy to explain the special traditions Frisians have within the Netherlands. The location is not central, but the city centre is easily reached by public transport.

The location was convenient, quiet and picturesque. The breakfast provided was exceptional, featuring fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, varieties of cheeses and small goods, spreads and also homemade and traditional Dutch breads and sweet treats. The availability of a hire bike was also useful and welcome.

There are no shortfalls that I can think of in my circumstance. Access to the rooms is via stairs, which may prove a challenge to people with physical limitations.

Nothing to declare, everything was perfect

Good location for us as we were visiting someone at the hospital which is within easy walking distance. Probably too far to walk to the city centre. Comfortable accommodation and good breakfast.

Accommodation is perfect for a little weekend trip. The room was really spacious and the bed super comfortable. The highlight was the fresh and delicious breakfast in the morning :) Would definitely recommend to stay here!
