Parking was convenient, the space was right in front of the building. The receptionist on duty was warm, welcoming and cheerful. He anticipated our arrival and used my name before I could even mention it. The decor of the reception area was a nicely decorated “old fashioned classic” with flowers, I liked it a lot. I could tell from the building design, hallway and lifts that the building is old so entering our room (#70 2nd floor) was a pleasant surprise because it looked newly refurbished, everything inside the room seemed new from floor, paint, furnishings, bathroom and decor. The only thing that probably wasn’t new were the bed mattresses because I could tell from the quality of comfort it provided. Other than that, the bed covers and towels were all white, clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked well and wasn’t noisy. The water pressure and temperature of the shower and sink were good. Our check out experience was also gezellig because the receptionist on morning duty was also very friendly. We needed a comfortable room to stay overnight and that is what we got. Overall I would rate our stay as good.

I would have preferred if there were napkins included in the coffee set up so that I didn’t have to use toilet roll sheets as coasters. Perhaps a water boiler could also be added and options for tea. It would also be nice of they could provide a suitcase rack so that unpacking/packing could be done more comfortably instead of bending to reach the floor.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice shower. It was practical for the purpose of an overnight stay at reasonable cost. Location was close to our boat which we were working on (but didn't want to spend the night on it because of the cold) as well as to our dining spot.

The receptionist (male) who checked us in was not very friendly and got a bit irritated when we couldn't immediately understand what he was saying, due to his heavily accented Dutch. His colleague the next morning (a lady) on the other hand welcomed us with a radiant smile and an infectious good mood.

They have free on site parking, they are in a quiet safe area, the staff are excellent, the room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and a walk in shower and the whole room and bathroom was underfloor heated. The internet was fast, the water was a good pressure, and we had a lovely dinner there which was very well priced. The room didn’t have a kettle or a microwave but they gave us a kettle to boil water for our tea bags. There is a coffee machine in the room. We liked the hotel.

the room is on the first floor and is very spacious, we got an upgrade as i booked before we got the luxurious room. the hotel is situated next to a busy road, but if you leave the windows shut you wouldn't know! It is on walking distance from the centre(about 15minutes) nothing negative i can think of! We will be staying here again!!

There is nothing i can fault on this hotel, there is a very busy road next to the hotel with a hospital where the helicopter flies to and from at least twice a day, but if you don't open the windows, you wouldn't know!!! We have stayed here at least 6 times over the last few years and we will be back!

room was on the second floor, nice and spacious, next ot a busy road, but with the double windows with triple glazing you can't hear a thing if you keep them shut!! walking distance from city centre 15 minutes! private parking

We had a blocked shower drain, so if showering more than 5 minutes the bathroom would flood. The bathroom door didn't shut properly.

Extra confortabile beds! We slept very well. It was clean and suficient. A bit expensive but these are the times.

The doors are very heavy and close very loudly including the bathroom door. Other than that, all good!

Big comfortable room, excellent bathroom. Plenty of parking spaces!

The hotel is about 30mins walk from the city centre which suited us after a long drive!

Everything in this hotel was what I needed while my mom was in the hospital. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I'm so grateful to them for making my stay comfortable. The close proximity to the hospital also helped a lot. I was able to walk across the road to get there. The shops were close by too.

House sound isolation is good. Thick curtain, clean bed sheet. Friendly staff. Flexible checkin time.

Out side window is a light, a bit too bright.

The location was perfect ,quiet at the same time accessible for public transport.

Overall everything was great
