Everything! Easy check in / out, friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, stunning renovation of a heritage building on the canal with modern furnishings, an extremely large room and bathroom with loads of storage and everything you need. The parking station is very close by and good value for money too. Great location for cafes, bars and shopping.

There's some temporary scaffolding on the front of the building which blocks the lovely view of the street and canal.

Beautiful spacious room with luxury all around. Great building and very convenient they have the bar/restaurant next door. Very friendly staff and super well situated.

The smell of the restaurant made it up into the hotel (but not at all in the rooms). Also, it felt a little like the hotel was a little ‘dead’ because reception is in the restaurant and you don’t see much staff at the hotel. But as they are renovating, this may change a little?

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional — the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to be helpful. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A very nice boutique hotel, big room and nicely decorated. We arrived when there was rennovation work was going on at the property, which was not clear when booking. Fortunately it wasn't too intrusive. We had a nice stay and it's right in the heart of the city.

Bathroom door is a slattted door and doesn't give very much privacy when using the toilet, just something to be aware of but not a problem.

Perfect spot for a stay in Leeuwarden. Clean very very nice big room!

The only slight downside is that the bathroom is "closed off" by an open louvered door, so little privacy. But it is a door, and if you think you will produce some noise when visiting the toilet you can always turn on the tap ;

There was no parking at the hotel. Even though it says there is parking. The address for the parking lot should be on the website and reservation listing. This would make the experience much better

The location is the best in town. Beautiful historical building. The room was very comfortable and incredibly silent, especially when you know it is downtown. Breakfast is fully by choice from the menu; no waste from a buffet in things you don’t like or being too much. Staff is extremely friendly.

It was a bit cold and the room could use a cozy touch; refillable amenities and thicker towels

The location with in Leeuwarden was amazing. Parking was convenient and close by it was just a short walk down a very quaint cobble stoned street. The room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional.
