There were some fantastic staff on duty that went far beyond to help . But there's always one . But the bed in room 303 was a massive problem for me. Stayed 3 days and by the 2nd day I couldn't walk and still can't . It was the mattress . Far far far too soft that it hurt my hip .and I'm in AGONY all down my thigh and knee . All down to the bed ... But once I told the staff . The mattress was given a topper for the bed . I wish I had of approached them 1 day earlier . As right now . I can't walk 50 meters . My leg and hip are in agony. .... But some of the staff were AMAZING... Thanks guys..and what value for money . Oh the other thing I found hard to deal with ..the 11 euro per night . For our little dog ... Every where we have stayed the MAXIMUM we paid was 10 euro per night . And I personally feel that's ok . But this was 11 adding 33 euro on top . I know it's a choice we make when you have a dog. But 10 euro per night I think is fair. The 11 was just annoying...

Despite the older building this is a very clean, comfortable and well serviced hotel where everything just seemed to work perfectly. The location was excellent for walking into town and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A very good breakfast for a reasonable price. Perhaps evening meal prices could be lower for the main meals? We will be back.

It was fine stay. Service balie directly helped us Upon arrival, check in went fast. The whole room was clean,( toilet, shower,) bed and bed sheets were tidy and comfy pillows. Ceiling fun (no aircondition). Room is perfect for two. Restaurant and Bar by the intrance (gezellig). Nearby the center We were super happy and satisfied. We definitely come back in the future.

This was my third time here. The booking, the requests about the room, services are smooth and proactive. Upon requests, I always get an answer within a very short time. Staff is kind and professional.

Overall, great one. I am missing the parking although I could always find one, quite close to the entrance.

The hotel staff is incredibly kind. They did everything to make our stay great and helped us whenever we had a request. On top of that, the bed is very comfortable, the room has a great view, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Perfect experience from start to finish!

Good location, 15 min walk to old town. Big clean room with panorama windows and wiew over town. Dog - friendly. Comfortable beds. Easy to find. Free parking.

Expensive breakfast. Very hot in the room and no air condtion , just a fan in the ceiling.

Breakfast was good, also the dining room was nice and clean. There was enough variety of food and beverages. The staff was super nice and informative.

The bathroom door did not close well unless it was locked. But that is easily fixed, so no complaints.

We needed a hotel in Leeuwarden town and this worked well despite the roadworks meaning a diversion to get to the entrance

The hot breakfast option could have been better with only scrambled egg and rather fatty bacon available.

Great value for money, good location , clean rooms, comfortable beds . Housekeeping comes every days if with fresh towels and to clean if necessary . Great experience
