Breakfast was nice, you just have to get used to ordering it the day before. There is plenty and it's fresh so overall very enjoyable. Our Aircon started leaking in the room, the staff was very helpful in finding us a solution and ended up provided us another room which was a good outcome. Thanks. Over all a great hotel great location remember there are stairs to contend with to get to the rooms, so keep that in mind.

The only minor issue we found was it would be nice to have soap at the sinks, I mentioned it to the cleaning lady but I am not sure she understood. The second rooms was identical so maybe something for the hotel to consider.

people are friendly there and both the breakfast and dinner there are great! It's convenient to be in the centre of the town. I enjoyed the city walk alone, which is not far away from the hotel. Also, thanks for the information provided by the staff, i rented a bicycle in a very nice shop. The room is neat and clean.

Very spacious room with a huge kitchen and fridge. There was enough room to dance around in if we so desired and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly, albeit a bit busy. You notice nothing of the sounds of the restaurant or the restaurant guests.

We stayed in room 4. The bed is against the hallway wall, and it's next to the entrance, which means you hear everybody leave and the front door of the building slam. We slept through the night but were woken quite early. Can easily be fixed by switching the walls to the wall your feet are currently pointing to. The toilet was a bit uncomfortable because it was quite tight, but nothing unmanagable.

Beautiful old listed building, refurbished recently in great style. Huge bedroom with view over the marketplace, warm and quiet. Lovely big bathroom. Great restaurant downstairs with very welcoming staff. Delicious food.

We got first room at entrance so when guests came in late at night, they didn't realize how loud they are.

Very nice place to stay in this wonderful city. Hotel in the heart of the city, not far from the free parking lot. The room is more comfortable than we expected.

Bathroom was nice but not clean well. No space in front of WC. Almost impossible to use.

very nice , but would and should have been even better !! nicest staff you will ever meet however very little lighting in the room made it uncomfortable, I have low vision currently , will stay here again ps .bed very comfortable and bathroom spotless and room large
