A splash of luxury at the end of my bike ride. I didn't get to try the indoor pool but I did enjoy an amazing meal and breakfast. My room overlooking the front of the hotel was clean, large and finished with high quality linen etc. Lovely balcony was a nice touch. Shower was brilliant - large and powerful, everything I was hoping for. Friendly staff throughout and great location. The nibbles with my beer on arrival was a nice touch!

Nothing. There was a shortage of bike racks but in the scheme if things, considering how nice the hotel was once parked up - I soon forgot this detail. But might be worth looking at additional capacity for bikes?

The staff was amazing, the hotel is really nice, plenty of facilities. The location is also good. We travelled with public transport and the bus stop is just a bunch of minutes away. What I personally didn't like is the mattress, too soft and I woke up every day with back pain. If one doesn't want to spend too much for eating there, there is a cheaper alternative nearby. One more thing: the Finnish sauna has a dodgy door that closes only applying force, which most of the people didn't do and therefore the door was always a bit open, so the next guest going there was not having a great sauna time. Hopefully they will fix it.

The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable but was a bit surprised that the room looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned upon check in. One of the towels had very obviously been used. We noticed, too that during the 4 days we were there not once had the corridor on our floor been vacuumed as there were bits of tissue and sand and dirt on the carpeting. Because many guests bring their dogs and the because of the close proximity to a sandy beach one would assumed that it would be vacuumed daily. The breakfast buffet was so so. Parking fee expensive. And there was a 12,50€ charge for bathrobe and slippers. In other hotels we’ve stayed at this was offered in the price of the room. There’s definitely room for improvement.

Despite being a large hotel, the lounge bar and restaurant were calm and relaxing. The room was large with nice view and comfy bed and shower. So woken up gently, after a extensive tasty breakfast, you can discover the lovely surroundings on foot or bike. The rental bikes were of good quality.

As the hotel is rather large, you expect a large wellness area, but the sauna and steam bath were small (like max 4 people). The room itself was large, but not cosy, missed some furniture or decorations. In contrast to the breakfast, the dinner both at the bar and restaurant wasn’t truly good quality, not bad neither, just medium. For instance, all the main dishes have the same cooked veggies, which were rather cold.

Rook was huge and very comfortable with everything needed; breakfast was wonderful - lots of options and delicious and my kids LOVED the pool which was always accessible, clean and fun.

I asked for the room to be cleaned one day before we left and unfortunately it looked as it only towels were changed (sheets not changed, no new toilet paper or tissues so we ran out, etc.) which was not ideal but maybe they were waiting to do a bigger clean after we checked out which is understandable in some ways but also would have been nice to feel we were still getting the extra care.

I have rarely experienced the tranquility that I could live at this hotel. One cannot hear anything from the neighbouring rooms and the sorroundings were also idillic. I could take a video of deer walking totally relaxed among the trees under my balcony. I was also surprised getting an apartment, as I was only expecting to have a room as usual. Thank you for making my vacation so nice and memorable.

The property is very well located and it is a very nice site. The lobby is very nice decorated and very welcoming with Pim who is very helpful and know how to deal with every situation at the reception And a real high five for Marco at the bar with his welcoming Mediterranean smile.

What is special even though the first shift is finished early which means before 9 pm. The closing of the kitchen. The staff won’t accept any one to dine in. Hopefully you can dine in outside the restaurant at the lobby.

Well appointed, luxurious, corridors too messy (dishes in the hallway for two days, cleaning trolleys obstructing passage)

Reception not helpful. Volunteering nothing and doing bare minimum. Yet all runs via reception (reserving dinner at hotel, first they booked out, getting bath-towels for swimming pool, reserving e-bikes; one was only half charged). Language skills (english), appeared to be the problem, but even in dutch service not good enough).

Beautiful hotel. Nice, clean and spacious room. Nice swimming pool and spa. Delicious breakfast.

Just 1 tea bag in the room. Not enough staff, or not attentive enough. Had to wait 15 minutes before they got our drink order at the bar lounge. Roomservice dishes on the 2d floor of the hotel floor. We walked past it a few times. It was there for more than 24 houres. Should have been picked up. Makes a messy impression of the hotel. Which is ashame as it is a lovely and for the rest clean hotel.
