Everything! This hotel is a must go! We stayed with our 6 months golden retriever puppy and were stressed as it was our first weekend getaway with him and even if the place is allowing dogs, you never know how people will react but the receptionist was amazing and gave him and us a warm welcome (and some treats for our doggy). The room was spacious, well equipped and comfy. The breakfast is delicious! It is also perfectly located in Texel island with free parking available in the hotel.

Nothing, this place is perfect! We already decided to go back there when we will come back to Texel!

The beds were nice and very comfortable and we slept like a baby. The staff accommodated our request for baby crib which was also quite clean. They also upgraded us to a different room on our arrival. The breakfast was scrumptious with a lot of variety of eggs, breads and jams as well as hot drinks.The room was equipped with kettle and coffee machine as well as teabags and coffee capsules. There were toiletries in the bathroom to shower etc.

There was dust on the cabinets in the room.

The hotel is well located with private parking. Being set almost in the centre of the island it is within easy reach of everywhere else. And the town centre with its facilities, restaurants and bars is close by.

No complaints really. Maybe availability of fruit salad would have made an otherwise generous breakfast perfect.

We were reading the bad reviews and got scared a little. But it turned out to be a usual hotel. Everything is great. My motorcycle was put under the roof, that's for the first time with me.

We were disappointed by the beds. It's a common problem, but still - it's possible to make one big bed - so that one person doesn't fall in between the two beds.

The staff was very kind to the dogs!

We had to pay before some tax (people) and after some tax (dog). Not combined, so after our stay a little surprise came, which was a little confusing. But not a problem of course!

We felt extremely welcome and well taken care of - the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She gave us tips and really made us feel secure and happy. When single and travelling with teenagers, this means a lot

Beautiful and cozy place, love it! Manager was very kind asking me what would I like for breakfast. It was pleasant, and the breakfast was perfect. My room and bed was comfortable, i slept very well

Nice room and good breakfast with a large selection of products.

No elevator. No bikes for rent for guests. And the only bike rental in town wanted 100 euros for rent from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next day.

We had many mosquitoes in the room. There is a small storage space in the room. On warm summer days the room is too hot.

It's a clean hotel, friendly personnel, great location.

The only uncomfortable thing was the bed, because the double bed (that we were expecting) turned out to be two single beds with a hole in the middle.
