Very easy to find. Lucky, it was as after many delays on the awful German motorways it was a last minute dash to get there before the 9pm cutoff after which we had been told we wouldn't be able to check in. The message about limited check in time sent to us on the Booking.com app was blunt and not very encouraging. At that point we wondered if we'd made a mistake booking at this hotel BUT when we did arrive the welcome was warm and despite the fact that the restaurant was getting ready to close there was no problem in our getting a very filling meal at a reasonable price with some very helpful service from the restaurant staff as well. The staff attitude could not have been better. We had to leave early in the morning for a ferry crossing back to the UK so didn't have breakfast but judging from the meal the evening before, it would have been good. Room ( a triple) was comfortable and a decent, most importantly clean, bathroom. As other reviewers have noted, no tea/ coffee facilities in room. That would have been OK as there was a coffee machine downstairs but it wouldn't accept my contactless debit card for some reason - so sadly no coffee pre departure. Car parking is easy here and there is fast access to and from the motorway. There is also a nice green area adjacent to the hotel which made for a good early morning walk to stretch the legs before getting back behind the wheel. Another bonus was that the hotel is just on the Dutch side of the Dutch/ German border and the Netherlands is a far nicer and more chilled place to be :-) Not disparaging Germany or Germans but it just seemed so hectic there whereas things, most notably the driving (and bear in mind we drove the morning after our stay in the Dutch Monday rush hour) just seemed so much calmer the minute we crossed the border.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the Netherlands and for heading north to Denmark. Secure locked parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious. Loved the old photographs showing the history of the hotel and restaurant from its early days to the present, especially the generations of family ownership.

Easy to access location with big parking. Many food options during the day at the restaurant, staff was friendly. The hotel rooms were quite nice, clean and spacy.

There were some drunk people coming back to the hotel in the dawn around 4 am and they knocked on all doors, waking everyone up. We were even scared that the girls with us would be bothered by them, but they weren't, luckily. It is not the hotel's fault, but because there is no reception at the hotel building, only at the restaurant. People can do whatever.

One tv in one of the three bedroom was not installed. Exactly 11am the next day, one bedroom was locked. The young lady of the reservation for the dinner could be more friendly. During the dinner, many different waiters were serving our table.

Convenient location if you have a car as it is close to the highway. However, it is very quiet there, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Great value for money. They also have a restaurant where you can have breakfast / lunch / dinner if you want for reasonable prices.

There is nothing I could think of. It was perfect for our purpose.

Could see the duvets and the linen was really worn out and it was turning yellow. A bit overpriced as well for the facilities offered. Very basic,not even a spare pillow around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very roomy and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Good food at the restaurant.

One thing could have been better: there was an EV charging station on-site but we couldn't make it work and the staff weren't able to help us even though they tried.

perfect for a stopover on the journey from Denmark to the UK. Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed restaurant on site. No fuss hotel close to major road routes.

Check in not in hotel itself, but once we realised where we needed to go, that wasn't a major problem.

I had a room in the corner of the hotel and depending on where I was in the room, the WiFi connection was sometimes disrupted. Other than that no complaints.

Loved the hotel the staff was friendly ...love that it was heaven for my dogs. Dogwalk ways....and dog menues in the restaurant .

We had a double room with balcony.....the room was spacious and adequate but the beds....it had 2 single beds as a double bed Wich constantly needed to be scooted together.
