Absolutely GORGEOUS property! The staff including Anastasia and the property manager could not have been more welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautiful appointed. The faculties, most notably the pools and sauna, were spectacular.

While the staff worked very hard, the bar and restaurant didn’t measure up to the rest of the property. A simple cocktail could not be made (eg an old fashioned), the wait staff struggled with the menu, etc. But we enjoyed the experience nevertheless

The location is absolutely beautiful, in a picturesque area that offers serene views and a tranquil atmosphere. The accommodation itself was clean and very nice. The room decor and furniture were simple yet modern and practical, providing a comfortable stay that was more than adequate for a short visit. Parking on site is also a big plus. The on-site restaurant is absolutely great, serving delicious local Dutch cuisine. Dinner was a treat, and the breakfast the next morning was equally good, with a nice variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent food and a stunning setting. I definitely recommend!

The building and surrounding, nature is really nice and invites for a hike. The room was large and the bed/matress very good. The design of the room itself is also very pretty. Staff super friendly as well :-)

The breakfast was very basic and doesnt really fit their quality ambition. We had a room with own Sauna (amazing!), however would be nice if they would provide bathrobes then. Room cleaning came very late in the afternoon (i.e. during "typical" Sauna time) - maybe there is a way to time this a bit better. An then some smaller/maintenance items in the room: You need to switch on the big ceiling light with the toilet light - so you wake the other in doubt. One of the heaters in the Sauna was broken and the water handle at the bathtub was leaking (seldomly used?).

Stunning accommodation, a modern renovated property with so much character and charm in a fabulous location. The hotel is in a wonderful position just across the German border in the Netherlands, the village of Eibergen is beautiful and quaint and had some lovely local shops and a river close by with nice walking paths. The room itself had everything we needed for a great stay, check in and out was easy and this was by far one of the best properties we have stayed in when travelling around Europe. There was free parking available and lovely surrounding grounds. Next time we are in the Netherlands we will most definitely be back to stay here again. I would highly recommend you book to stay here, you won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New, clean, cosy, comfortable rooms. Friendly and kind staff. Free parking. Nice restaurant. Easy to find location. Lovely, well maintained garden. Quiet area. Room was cooled down before our arrival, while it was +35C outside. Reasonably priced.

Not an issue, but it looks like noise isolation needs to be taken care by architect in the next refurbishment cycle, because guests can be surprised by abrupt noise produced by sewage pipes late night (we stayed at 1st floor and guests above us came late).

Good facilities and the breakfast was great, Gluten Free bread available on request and plenty to choose from for the others in the party, and very good bread for them, I was quite envious. It is a lovely location the main road runs quite close but does not seem to disturb during the night. Great area for walking or cycling. This was our second visit and plan to go there again on our trip in May 2023. There is a very good restaurant opposite the hotel.

For our needs I do not think anything could be improved, the rooms had all we needed and could easily meet the needs of a longer stay if that were planned. It might have been good to have access to more UK TV but I am aware how difficult this can be so it is not an easy option for the hotel to make available.

The room had ample space and easy access to sockets for recharging. The mattress was very good. The bathroom contained a good shower without a threshold for entry. Breakfast was fine. The parking area still had space when I came back late in the evening. The park is attractive.

The lift is modern but for me holds the record for slowness and for engagement of its occupant in keeping the button pressed down until arrival at the floor of destination. There is also a bar ideally placed for leaning on which says "Don't lean". Perhaps the lifts atrributes are a humorous reference to the days when the Kastanjefabriek was a factory.

The hotel is calm, peaceful, easy to access with great and convenient free parking. The room was beautifully laid out and with ample space was a pleasure to stay at for the 4 nights I was in the area on business. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and pleasant. All in all a great stay and will use them again if I am in the area for business.

Very relaxed location with good places to walk and bike. No noise at all so everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the jacuzzi was really nice. You need to book the deluxe room for the jacuzzi or sauna.

There were some restaurants close by but we wanted to eat some food in the restaurant in the hotel itself. Sadly there was no space and we needed to go to the village. This is the only thing I did not like the rest was perfect!

Clean and spacious room, very comfortable. The jacuzzi worked perfectly, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's restaurant for dinner was also very good, even the fixed menu for Valentine's day was very good. We liked it so much we are planning a second visit to try the regular menu.

The room's coffee machine seemed not to work correctly when we tried to make a quick coffee before we left, but nothing significant.
