The staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast had many varieties compared to the other Dutch hotels. The parking space was quite big and free. It was just situated in the city centre and everything was within walking distance. I will come back for the next trip. The stay was far better than the other chain hotels in the Netherlands.

I chose two single beds for each room and expected two separate beds. But the beds were just put next to next, like one double bed. It will be better to make it clear.

Very comfortable bed, pillow type could be chosen. Simple but fresh and tasty breakfast. Big bathroom.

Entrance not very wheelchair/stroller friendly as there are no automatic doors and there is a kerb. Would have liked a sauna or pool.

Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the towels were also clean and nice. The WiFi in my room was a little variable, but it was fine in the other areas of the hotel. Apparently there is a second network available but I didn't know about that until checkout. The restaurant was very nice - the menu is small, but should cater for most requirements, and the benefit of a small menu was that the food was clearly freshly prepared. The set menu was very good, and the presentation is a little "nouvelle cuisine" but the portions were fine - and I have a "healthy" appetite :) - especially for 4 courses. Breakfast was very good too. Plenty of parking too.

Wifi was not great in the room..

The staff is second to none. Fantastic. Very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, elaborate choice and pent. Can’t say enough

Booking advertised a spa, which was not present. The jacuzzi however compensated wonderfully

Very helpful staffer, who helped find a forgotten wallet and posted to us in a considerate and prompt way.

Lack of common/ lounge space. The only place to meet someone is in a cafe, which is not always convenient and quite overpriced.

breakfast and dinner were good. we could rent a e-bike, that was nice. a nice family-hotel, not to big. the centre of Ruurlo and trainstation nearby.

shower in the bath.......a bit risky

Breakfast was very good staff very friendly . I forgot a box with juwelery in the room and the Cleaner rushes down to see if we were still there , Thanks for that

The bed was to soft for us but thats different for everyone

Perfect place, everything just right, food wonderful, staff super helpful. Perfect size for the facilities.

Please put in a fitness area, nice when you have some spare time.
