It is brand new and smells fresh! I was first guest in this hotel ans stuff did everything to make me fill wellcome! And they succeed!

I would like to get paper cups for take away coffee! Coffee was so great, but I couldn't take it with me! :)

New hotel, very clean. Very welcoming staff. Quiet room, following my choice of where to have a room. Pleased not to have to pay for parking. Lovely, relaxed breakfast. Shocked at cost for 2 dogs staying for 4 nights. Same as the cost for me, but after deciding to cancel they offered me a much better deal.

I got stuck briefly in the lift. I had just driven a long way, so it might have been me.

Everything was great! They don’t serve warm food for breakfast - like scrambeled eggs or bacon - but there is a variety of other food, including boiled eggs and toast, jam, cheese, croissants, cereals…. Room was certainly big enough, clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant just next to the hotel. We didn’t eat there, but it was full so I guess it is ok. Bonus for families with kids - there is an indoor playground as part of the restaurant. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfy and some of the best I have slept in. Breakfast is great for the price and always happy to help us earlier than the official starting time.

Could have been informed before hand that the hotel is being used to house immigrants before they are send to housing. Our fishing bait was left under the van at night and this morning it was all dragged out and left in the open. It was impossible for anyone to see it as the van was backed on to the grass.

Clean, new, nice, modern hotel. The room is controlled with an inroom tablet. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can sign in with your personal youtube or Netflix account, so you can still Netflix and chill 😆

Can't think of anything. But for your consideration: Food was very good, there isn't much choice but all you need. Bed are a bit on the soft side, but terrific either way. Staff doesn't speak Dutch ( they probably understand it though)

The table and chair +stool in the bedroom, the very comfortable bed, the varied breakfast foods and drinks, the Parsley stems soap. The staff were helpful and coutrteous

The shower head was incorrectly situated and sprayed water all over the floor whilst you were showering. I would have liked to refill my bottle with some water from near reception when I left. The doors in the corridors were very noisy

It was really quiet even though it's on a main road. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It's a really clean, comfortable and cosy hotel in a good location. I always love the pillow selection at Holiday inn, I'm a front sleeper and appreciate being able to have a soft pillow.

Reliable and clean hotel, nice staff, everything worked fine, reasonable breakfast.

Room was really small - we ordered a room for three but it was actually a room for two with an extra sofa bed, so there was very little space to move, no chairs etc. Additionally, the bathroom curtain is really too narrow.

We had rooms next to each other. The location was just off the motorway and very easy to find. Rooms and whole of the hotel was clean. Free parking outside of the hotel.

The air conditioning was difficult to set so we were very hot and the window could not be opened. Breakfast was included in the price but there was not food or even juice left when we went for breakfast, so we had nothing. As we were checking out we noticed that there were people eating breakfast so maybe we just timed it wrong.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn also in Frankfurt and here in Deventer and it's always a pleasure and comfortable stay at these premises, Staff is super friendly, clean rooms, modern architecture, fast internet and easy check-in and check-out.

Maybe a bit more space on the room would be better.
