The staff was very friendly and understanding, and they went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed help (such as booking a Taxi). The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast was very fresh and included a wide variety of food. The hotel has a restaurant, and the food is really good. There is also a very small gym, but big enough to have a good workout. The necessary machines are all available. The only restaurant adjacent to the hotel is McDonald's. However, a 5-minute bus takes you to the village. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from within the town. The reception is well-equipped with chairs and tables that are business-orientated. This means that if you are meeting someone for a meeting, staying in the reception area gives you adequate space for a meeting. There are charging points, etc...

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, but a bit simple. We could rent bikes to go to the city center, which we did gladly. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked our stay at the Postillion.

There was no option for one couple's bed, so we had to go with the two twin beds. The mattresses were too soft, and the bed would slide on its wheels at every movement.

Room and hallways were clean and nicely decorated, staff were friendly, shower was good. Staff helped me book taxis and extend the checkout easily.

Location was a bit annoying - 18EUR taxi to/from the train station twice a day Hallways and elevators were confusing

The staff was incredibly nice, and helpful. The room was very clean and modern, especially the bathroom was great. Large shower, super clean. The beds were comfortable for sure, but they have one (quite significant) downside.

For some reason the beds are on wheels and they roll as soon as you move every so slightly, or try and sit down on them, also making quite a bit of noise as they do so. Not only is it loud for you, I assume your neighbours too, as we could hear the beds moving around in different rooms too. Also, no, you can't lock the wheels/beds in place.

All staff were very friendly and always helpful, they were always able to assist. The suite we stayed in was suitable for 2 adults and 1 child, bed was very comfortable. We had both breakfast and a lunch at the hotel. Food was of high quality and tasty.

There wasn't anything in particular that we did not like. Would have preferred the hotel to be closer to the city centre as the cost of a taxi was quite steep for a relatively short car journey. But neither of these points have any baring on the hotel itself.

Location was great for us with plenty of free parking and close to where where we needed to go.

There was no bar fridge in our room so we couldn't keep the drinks we bought from the supermarket cold.

The location more or less requires that you use your car to come and go. It is a little too far to walk to the city center

It is a very nice hotel with a great location near Deventer industrial area. You will need to take a taxi to city centre though. Breakfast was nice, friendly staff. Just don't forget your card, because they are cashless!!!

Hotel is in a quite and beautiful area outside the center and it was fine for me that I did not have to go into the traffic. The room was well organized, clean and comfy. All the facilities like loby bar and business center were good.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Great size bathroom and shower.

We only took breakfast on one morning as it was very average
