The room I stayed in (#13 in the annex) was on the top floor, a spacious apartment with a view on the front side, a balcony on the back, equipped with full appliances, just great !!
The shower is combined with the sink, so is all getting very wet ! The stairs (2x) to reach the attic is extremely narrow & steep = people lacking the condition and/or stability, don't....

My hosts were excellent and super helpful.
The stairs! For a plus size person who has knee issues, I had to be extra careful going up and down do to the narrowness and steepness of the stairs.

The stair to the sleeping compartment was a bit steep, but this was a very minor issue

Good location by the river, nice french restaurant nearby. It was quite clean, big living room.

We rented the split level studio room #4. It was spacious and had a nice view of the river. Good kitchen with a larger than normal fridge. Being on the top floor of an old Dutch building, be prepared for steep and narrow steps. It was no problem for us since we travel light but if you have large and heavy luggage you may find reaching the room a challenge.
There is no temperature control for the air conditioner.

very helpful guy at the reception, explained everything and showed us to our room which was at a different location but very nearby. Parking was arranged. Great bathroom and nice beds. Very centrical.

In the tower overlooking the IJssel River. Easy walk to anywhere in the main town.
While the cooking utensils were adequate, there were no pantry items. Not even salt and pepper. Not sure I figured out the combo oven/microwave. The manual was in Dutch.

Location great view good and very comfortable
If you not good on stairs room 4 has beautiful bedroom in the eves which there is a very steep upright small tred stairs Have to be very careful coming down but its not a complaint
