I think this is the best ever place I've visited regarding well-thought, compact design vs the amount of activities available - in all 32 countries I've visited so far. A very small complex; having bowling, billiards, restaurants (the microwave was left outside, I could easily warm my kid's milk even when it was closed), gaming area (arcade), the accommodation itself, a wellness center, a (proper, really big) supermarket, a few other shops with everything entertainment you need, and probably even more - within literally 1m of walking from your hotel room, and all this is covered and closed. And best thing is: Everything is accessible using your watch (including your hotel room) even while you're swimming! The app makes everything super organized, letting you get the maximum out of every hour. There are activities for every minute of the day. The reception is a 2m walk from the complex. The lake (with boats you can sail yourself), the kids farm, the golf area (both for kids and adults), tennis, badminton, and more - all just 1m walk. The swimming pool is covered, so you enjoy everything without caring about the weather outside. What is fascinating for me is how well-thought the place is. Even when you enter the toilet, there is a small & low sink for your kid. The hotel building had a few chairs and tables, where we could sit after the kids have slept and play card games. The staff was excellent. Everything I asked for got actioned almost momentarily, including the weird music that started off the loudspeakers at 23:00. In short: This has - from the first time - become my weekend go-to after the first visit. To the genius that created this place: You're awesome, the world needs so many more of you!

Insect nets, guys! Insect nets on the windows, please!! You don't have air conditioners and we are spending the night literally inside a forest! We don't need to choose between opening the windows and being on the mosquitoes' dinner menu, or closing the windows and not being able to sleep because of the heat! Safety is not very well-thought of (or at least, not well-communicated). My brother-in-law hurt his knee when he tried the (rock-based) slide for the first time. When I tried the bubble bath, there was a plant with needle-like leaves as low as the water level! I couldn't even touch it to move it away, it was just literally needles! This could have got someone to lose an eye or so. Luckily, the staff actioned that immediately when I reported it.

The ability to use the site facilities on the days of arrival/departure before/after checkin/checkout was great. We got there an hour before our room was ready and immediately went for a swim. The swimming pool was amazing, good slides and an interesting section with fish tanks visible when you dived down. The room was large and comfortable.

The signposting of the hotel on site wasn't great. Finding our room the first time was a bit of a treasure hunt, wandering round lost, rarely spotting signs to the hotel. Later I noticed one sign indoors in the Market area that didn't say hotel, but 'appartments'. Also, we arrived on foot, and there wasn't a pavement on the road into site - it wasn't so busy when we arrived, but this could easily be improved.

Location was perfect as we were travelling with a large group most of whom were stay in the cottages onsite. Staff friendly. Reception stored our luggage as we were leaving later in the evening. Rooms were fabulous.

We had paid for breakfast and we weren't told that breakfast was 8am and we had to leave at 8am on the first morning there. On Easter Sunday there was no breakfast because they were doing an Easter brunch, which was lovely too. Finally we got breakfast on our last morning and it was lovely

Nice room with comfortable big bed. room is equipped with fridge, locker for valuables, has kettle and coffee machine.

room has a coffee machine, but would be nice if at least 2 capsules would be included. since it wasn’t, I needed to buy the whole pack in the store which doesn’t make much sense as I do not use Dolce Gusto at home. room was a bit dusty.

Accommodation & facilities

Not the best place if you want to eat healthy food. For the good restaurants, a reservation is almost always needed , but they open only at 17:00. The rest of the day only fast-food is available.
