We spent three wonderful days at Langs De Maas. From the moment we arrived, Carina welcomed us warmly and provided all the necessary information with care. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, both generous in quantity and excellent in quality. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bathroom was especially comfortable. The beds offered a good night’s sleep, and having a small fridge available was a convenient bonus. Thanks.

Pillows were too thin and soft, wifi was unstable so we had to use mobile data instead.

Lovely b&b. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Host was very welcoming. Great breakfast, I particularly loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Tea and coffee available to make yourself in breakfast room, and a fridge with soft drinks, beer and wine at very reasonable prices. Lovely quiet area, surrounded by fields and horses, and a lovely garden to sit in also. A little background noise from the highway, not too far away, but it is not intrusive. The nearby town of Boxmeer itself, was a leisurely 15 minute walk to the centre. There are lots of places to eat and drink and it is a really lovely town, very well maintained and felt very safe, even at night walking back to the b&b.

My only issue was that it wasn't clear ( on this booking site ) when I booked that it had a shared bathroom and separate toilet for all three rooms. They were again, very clean and functional, and in the end the bathroom situation worked OK and all guests were respectful of the facilities. It would not be put off though from staying again in the future.

Very accommodating to serve breakfast when you ask them. Great to have a bit of a kitchen to prepare some food, fridge and available drinks.

A couple of minor points that will make the place great for working visitors: 1- It might help to have a little table in the rooms where you can do some work. 2- The internet connection could be improved also.

Quiet lovely farm. There were horses around and a lot of green fields around. Overall quite clean, and the breakfast was really wonderful with warm croissants and lots of fresh ingredients. The hostess, Carina, was really lovely and welcoming.

The room got quite hot in the summer. There was a ventilator above but didn't cool down enough. The common kitchen area also got stuffy after some time, as not much ventilation.

My second stay here , and picked it specifically for the quiet location! Quality of the whole place ,you get a sit down open dining /lounge area! Bedroom was clean , cosy and as good as last time! The host is fantastic, friendly, welcome and does a great job of making you help to feel relaxed! Bathroom and toilet all very clean and tidy ! Good breakfast and a fantastic open area at the back to enjoy the nature. Highly recommended and will stay again Photos are all accurate of this b&b

Nothing to not like

Very friendly reception, lovely accomodation and great breakfast. It is a breath of fresh air to stay in a lovely place like this when you travel a lot for work. I will come back if I am lucky enough to find available dates.

Property was modern and fresh, the views are incredible, birds singing very tranquil. The hospitality was second to none very helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The place is immaculate I had the best sleep and the breakfast was special ☺️

Great location, away from people. All hustle&bustle . Very friendly owner , helpful, relaxed and attentive.. All was very clean & tidy , just 3 rooms in the part I stayed . Downstairs has a small kitchenette, tables, chairs , sofa area ! Lovely bedroom , spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The photos are accurate, will definitely stay again for longer next time ! Car parking right outside accommodation

Absolutely nothing

This was a beautiful and comfortable stay in the wagon. I was greeted warmly (even had a piece of cake non arrival) and it felt very comfortable and spacious. I could store my bike in the garage, and it was only 15 mins walk from the main square. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality was perfect.

The quiet location was exactly what I was after, still, the town centre was only a 10 minute walk. The room was much bigger than I expected, with a nice bathroom, living area and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very generous and varied, and came on top of the coffee and tea available in the room.

Honestly, I can't really fault the place, a larger (wider) bed would have been nice, but it was still very comfortable.
