Small but cosy comfortable room. Nice comfy beds. Radiator with dial so you can control heating to your liking. Nice shower. Tea kettle and fancy coffee maker in room.

Location is bit strange. Not convenient for nearby town if you don't have a car. No staff on hand after hours so if you're back late and key card doesn't work you have a problem.

the room was newly renovated and very spacious, the view from our balcony room nor 225 was fantastic. We ordered breakfast in the room so we have it on the balcony. good breakfast.

The room was restyled, but there was no big enough table to put your personal stuff on. Just a high little round table. We were informed a head of time that the renovation was not yet completed at the restaurant/bar, so no meals or drinks. We brought our own drinks, like beer, but there was no small refrigerator in the room. for the summer that is a miss. We notified that the door of the balcony was very hard to open, maybe because it had not been opened after the renovation.

Large hotel set in woodland. Plenty of parking and bike storage. Large room. Good evening food and breakfast.

Only issue: we were upgraded to a balcony room but the balcony had a dirty ashtray and empty fag packet on the table. Cleaned up by staff and all was good.

Room was very cold when we arrived; took awhile to warm up! Would have liked more coffee cups as only one small cup per person for tea at night snd coffee in morning is a bit skimpy

Lack of air-conditioning in rooms on a very warm evening. I was fortunate with a blower, but some of the group I travelled with, had to manage without.

Room was clean. Hotel has nice look. Big free parking, good wifi

No shelf for cosmetics in bathtube. Bathtube have no doors so bathroom is full of water after shower. No big deal but if Hotel wants to be perfect that small things counts.

Decent hotel surrounded by forest and with a nice swimming pool. Staff was friendly, breakfast good and the room we stayed in clean and comfortable.

we were very surprised at the size of the room as we had stayed at Fletcher on many other occasions. this was a really comfortable room!

We ended up in a wrong part of the hotel where asylum seekers stay. The balcony was dated and pool was cold.

Good value, comfortable clean and quiet room with an excellent bathroom.

Poor lighting in the rooms. Tea facilities could be better.
