The room was very good for the price, with a large screen TV, comfortable bed and, in general, more personaled than the big-box hotels (the bathroom actually had a tiled floor!). The dinner menu was quite limited but the food was great.

The breakfast was somewhat on the light side. I would have liked to see bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs, for example. But they did offer to make an omelet.

Staff were friendly and well presented. The room was a great size and fairly clean but overall was a great stay. The evening meal was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough to help

The toilet seat was very loose and we did report it but it wasn't sorted during our stay. The bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner, it wasn't cleaned round the corners and the shower floor and door stripes could have been cleaner.

This is my second stay at this location and I have to say that was pleased like always with the hotel. Most likely I will stay here when I get back in town. I had to extend my stay for another day, and the front desk manager was a down-to-earth person and very professional, with a positive attitude toward clients. and helped me right away. I would say the same for every person that works there too. Bravo!

Plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful, and it is nice to have someone there to assist with checking in. A lift to the upper floors and a gym available to all guests. Also a restaurant at the hotel. We didn't eat at the restaurant so we can't rate it, but it's good to know there is one there if needed.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Breakfast was fine but the scrambled eggs did get dry if you was late down , also didn’t like the coffee machine trying to make my tea water never hot enough and no tea bags in the room

Breakfast was good. omelet egg was good. But the waitress did not tell me that we could ask for one. the 2nd day she came to ask what egg i would like.

The service for dinner was not always fast. i had to wait too long to get the menu card

My parcel was not delivered at all, even I gave the whole information in October last year - I was on the line with the manager 16 full minutes....

Excellent Hotel in a residential area, very comfortable, room was excellent, good free parking area, excellent restaurant, staff was spectacular, location was great and a walking distance to a shopping center. Very quite area around the hotel.

Room needs more light, I felt it dark at night with only a few low power light bulbs, making it impossible for reading and find things you may drop to the floor.

The best thing that I found in Hotel Bastion is its own Staff The receptionist very helpfull and professional The waitress in the restaurant full of joy and optimism The night guy very polite

Breakfast could be better

Well appointed, clean, friendly hotel very close to the motorway. The staff were incredibly helpful when our car wouldn't start the next morning - helped us with trying to jump start and then made phonecalls for us to get a breakdown service out. They went far beyond what might be expected which changed our day from a disaster to a success. Thank you!
