Staff very friendly and helpful, nice people. Restaurant very good, nice menu and well presented, service very friendly.

Its always difficult when you find a problem in the room and you report it but nothing happens. Day 1 reported that the safe could not be used due to door not fitting and unable to set the code, reception staff advised and told they will talk to their colleague, nothing happened also reported that the bathroom sink the plug did not seal so no water could would remain in the sink, again reported and same reply, will tell my colleague, again nothing happened. I would expect that from a hotel of this standard that things would be resolved, this did not happen. Room 201 by the way. Would also suggest better lighting in the bedroom, it seems dull.

The suites on the top floor are lovely and well worth the extra payment. The rooms are very spacious and good facilities.

If you ate paying for the top suites then I would expect extra luxuries at least in the bathroom. The toilet paper was the thinnest I've seen in years and unlike previous visits, there was no shampoo or conditioner, just shower gel. Breakfast a little lacking, could have done with some beans and possibly sausages? Everything else was very good and the breads and croissants were beautiful and fresh.

Stayed at this hotel previously so knew what we were getting but the rooms we booked had been refurbished so it went up a level In our view rooms big and comfortable we had a suite and a delux room Free safe onsite parking

Breakfast not the best for UK guests no toaster, asked staff if they could toast us some bread but refused.

The staff were really friendly. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was huge. The spa and sauna was lovely and good value for money.

The coffee machine in our room didn't heat the water enough to make a nice hot coffee. I think a regular kettle would be better. The fitness room could do with a full length mirror.

I liked the hotel very much. Quick check-in. Friendly but unobtrusive staff. The maids are great. The room was clean, tidy, coffee and tea facilities were replenished daily. Very comfortable shower with good water pressure. I use a professional hairdryer but the hotel hairdryer did the job. There is a safe but we didn't use it as the hotel seemed safe. The mattress is too soft for my back but I slept very well. I can recommend them.

Room, bed, spaciousness, location. The help of one of the receptionists (Milou) was exemplary. She even personally pumped up my bicycle tyres.

Bar staff (especially on my third evening) appeared very unhappy with their job. The word impolite would go too far, but uninterested would certainly be more than fitting.

Hotel was lovely in a great location about 7 minute walk from the centre. Clean and tidy. Rooms great size. Food in restaurant was great. Secure bike storage.

Breakfast was 17 euro per person so we didn’t have breakfast as seems a crazy price.

I stayed longer in my room the first morning and they wanted to come clean the room and ask if i needed new towels. The policy is to not change the towels every day and cleaning when you are staying there for 2 days is just not necessary. But i appreciate the willingness to hav clean rooms :)

The bar was closed on one even very early , not what you would expect the standard have changed than when staying in the past
