Very friendly and helpful staff running a hotel that stands out for its architecture, design and overall charm. Very used to dealing with cycle tourists so a great option for people on 2 wheels

No on-site catering may be an issue for some, particularly as breakfast is only available when the (excellent) local cafe opens, typically at 09:00.

Beautiful decor, easy check-in, friendly staff, spectacular view, excellent location, lovely hand soap and shower gel, huge television, little mini-bar was a lovely touch.

2 single duvet covers on the double bed was a bit of a nuisance.

Super friendly and warm owner! Really made us feel comfortable and welcome in the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy, free bottle of wine on the room and everything worked like a charm.

Getting access to the property through a phone call was not explained. Not everyone has a roaming plan on their phone. Why not send the box codes by email in the room confirmation?

We loved our stay in Boutique hotel no5. Location is perfect within walking distance of shopping, food and bars. Rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the square. Staff were friendly and helpful with info about best places to eat etc. Definitely recommend. The hotel went the extra mile for us and it was great!

Nothing, everything was as expected.

Our stop for a weekend in Berg Op Zoom. Very easy to get to. Great location, cozy and wide bedrooms and very nice view. The staff is outstanding, excellent service and clean rooms, halls and lobby. Rose was very helpful and friendly during our stay which makes the experience even better.

Parking near. Location is very nice in the citycenter. Self-checkin is easy. View from the room is beautiful. Room set-up is practical.

Bathroom is a bit outdated but sufficient.

Lovely decor, very bijoux, lots of nice touches eg flowers, ornaments etc, great location, helpful staff, but no air con, room was very hot even with a fan. It was exceptionally hot when we were there. Burgen Op Zoom - lovely place to visit

Boutique Hotel No5 is the perfect place to stay if you want a cosy and relaxed environment. The employees will receive you with a smile and help you with whatever question you may have. Check in and check out were really easy. I would like to emphasize the cleanliness of the room, and if you can, choose the room with a balcony for a more pleasant experience of the square where it is located.

We had no hand soap by the sink, we had to step into the shower to get soap to wash our hands. There was no bath mat so after every shower the floor was wet
