The staff are wonderful! So friendly and helpful .The entrance, bar and restaurant area are beautifully decorated. Well places for the station. I had a kettle and sachets to make a drink in my room. They were generous with the toiletries and good towels. The furniture in the bedroom was nice. The lift was quick and worked fine. Best thing was breakfast! Great choice and delicious coffee.

A little dated bathroom, too clinical to relax. The bed on one side was very worn and the other almost as if no one has slept there. The tap was loose on the sink, the light switch repeatedly fell off and the bin in the bathroom was also broken.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by a smiling receptionist you become part of there family. I have stopped in many Dutch hotels through business but the Rosendale is way out in front . The BEST i have experienced . I put in my laundry for cleaning asked how urgent i said not they said ok. Was back within 18 hours put on hangers. To doing eggs how i like them for breakfast. Nothing to fault. Location fantastic right by the station but you cant here the trains.

Everything was perfect more than ı hope thanks to dear Fabienre at the reception.Her smiling and hospitality made me feel very happy.

I just didnt like breakfast because ı couldnt find more options to eat enough .It could be more options.Also a coffee machine need to be there to drink however we want in the breakfast.Its not good that they ask me ıf ı want something to drink coffee or tea.they dont have coffee machine in the breakfast place.

Great location, excellent bed comfort, newly renovated bathroom. Some rooms have also been renovated, some have not, and mine was one that had not been. For example, space for a fridge but no fridge. Good air conditioning though and the windows opened. Seems they did all bathrooms and some rooms so in time that will be done also. Beds must also be new so slept very well.

Breakfast could have had more options, but the continental options there were adequate.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk meant a really nice check-in experience. The rooms are fine, featuring tea and coffee making facilities, as well as very comfortable beds. The lobby has a vending machine that does beer as well as snacks. Breakfast was a continental affair, with self-service juices, smoothies, boiled eggs, bacon, toast, yoghurt, cereals and all of that kind of thing. Location is directly across from the train station and a short walk to the main town.

Pillows could have been more plump, but it's a very minor quibble.

Location was excellent especially if travelling by train and only a short walk into the town centre. Room was very spacious. Property was clean enough. Maid cleaned room/changed bedding and towels daily. Staff friendly and helpful for the limited interactions I needed (eg check in).

The breakfast offering was a little sparse in terms of quantity and choice.

The room is simple but clean, and we slept well. I saw the bathroom are full of facilities which remind me of this hotel care for the older age group. We had a very good breakfast at the restaurant which is a chill and comfortable space. Melissa who is working there was kind to share the information and prepare the breakfast for us. She is such a friendly person and made us a wonderful morning. That is the best memory of this hotel.

Location to transport links was fantastic, and only a short work to the centre of Roosendaal. Staff were very friendly.

There was a stale odour in the corridor.

Hotel is not up to date but it's in Great location. For someone who need quick easy meal ..Cafeteria Snackpoint.. is recommended Just cross the road that's it . Staff at the lobby are friendly and helpful. Parking site just walk across the road in a minute. Room is nice, neat and clean. Quiet at night I sleep tight in the firm and comfy bed. That's all I need. PERFECT for me.

Location was awesome. We had heavy luggage. Right across from the train station. No need for a taxi. Lovely friendly staff. Nice facilitys
