The breakfast was simply wonderful. One of the best we’ve ever had in Europe. Bravo for that. Loved the location in the quiet countryside, but which was still close to the charming town of Zundert, which had restaurants and stores. We also appreciated the wide selection of tv channels.

We paid 120 euros for a double room, which was large and comfortable and had a great shower. However, there was no toilet in the room. We had to leave the room to use the toilet, which was on the same floor, and was reserved just for us. However, when you pay that much money for a room, you expect to have a toilet in the room.

Breakfast was a lot of good healthy options and very generous plus drinks in the fridge in the room. Plenty left over for lunch! Location was quiet and peaceful- exactly what I'd hoped for and close to where I wanted to visit. The owners were super helpful and friendly.

The toilet was outside of the room which was difficult in the night.

Mariska and Ben super friendly and thoughtful hosts! Pick me up and drop me off, gave me local information, assist me rent bicycle, show me ponies and alpacas in the garden, felt at home and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful location, beautiful Surrounding countryside, sitting in a beautiful outdoor garden enjoy variety, delicious and nutritious breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.

Mariska and Benny such great hosts! We felt really at home and comfortable. We were able to eat our breakfast outside and see the Alpacas and mini horses. The breakfast was fresh, healthy, delicious and had a great variety. A nice quiet location! Only suggestion is a mini fridge in the room would have been a nice addition.

1. The alpacas farm, it’s great place for family with kids. The alpacas are so cute and well taken care of, also human friendly. The owner let us feed them as well. 2. The breakfast spread were exceptional ! Good choices of healthy food with generous portion. 3. Our room was so cozy & clean. The shower had good water pressure tho it’s located upstairs. We had good bath after long drive from Belgium. 4. The host was friendly and welcoming. They stay in the same place, so in case of any issues, just a call away.

Beautiful quiet location, lovely room with access to facilities for coffee and tea. Fabulous breakfast. Safe storage for our tandem was much appreciated.

Peaceful location,, lovely friendly hosts making you feel very welcome,, beautiful surronding countryside. The most delicious breakfast that was beautifully presented and some very cute lamas. Highly recommend a stay here.

Set away from the road it’s very quiet. The host was very friendly and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect!
