I work for Driscoll's and the Botanique is our preferred hotel. It's lovely. It always smell really nice. And the breakfasts are out of this world....they're wonderful. The staff are always so polite, friendly and helpful too. Great place to stay.

My only slight comment is, room 2 (which is AMAZING) has a beautiful skylight. In the winter, it's lovely. But I would suspect in the summer that it might let light in very early. Perhaps a blind would stop this? And my only other comment is that there isn't a single full length mirror in any of the rooms. A full length mirror would be really useful.

What a true gem this is. Set in a Napoleon style army barracks, the building has been well preserved both inside and out. The room I had was spacious, decorated in a modern way, with plenty of free coffee and amenities. The member of staff who escorted me to the room was also very professional and friendly. The room was very calm and I slept very well. Moreover, the breakfast on offer was fantastic, not over the top, not too little, but just the correct amount to be satisfied. I would absolutely come here again if I return to Breda.

Advertised as a hotel with parking. The parking was an underground carpark which whilst secure was a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Cost was approx 10euros per 24 hours. Be prepared for this. If you are new to Breda (as we were) parking was not straightforward to find and dropping bags off at the actual hotel not straightforward. Breakfast selection could have been better. Though breakfast staff were very pleasant.

Very kind staff at check in, walked me personally to the room and explained the use of airco/heating. Room was clean and modern botanique decor. The breakfast at Teds was a highlight of the stay and the food on the menu was simply delicious. Next to the great location near shopping street and lots of restaurants, it is a beautiful old building. It is located on a quiet spot in the great city of Breda. A great idea is to walk and admire the Blind Wall Gallery in the city, although depending on the weather, it brightens up any day and as a bonus this is free of charge activity.

The sound of passing other guests in corridor, you can hear well inside the room. All guests have the same issue and they were gladly very quiet but this is the only negative, I could find.

Beautiful room in a lovely old building The room was spacious and included everything we needed. The room was quiet and had air conditioning which was great and it was a very humid weekend. The city centre was a short stroll away where there are numerous cafes bars and restaurants

There is a slight step up into the bathroom ( room 19) that guests need to be aware of. Nothing we didn't like- we will be back !

Breakfast had chocolate muffins . Bed was comfortable. Toilet was clean.

The temperature in the room was cold. The toilet paper was not soft. The main lights in the room took time to get turn on (you had to press a button for several seconds). There is no roof connecting both hotels so you get wet in the rain

Very attractive hotel and located near to the city centre.

There was NOONE on site to answer questions. I could’ve rung the hotel next door or gone to reception at the neighbouring hotel - but at the prices they charge surely they could have at least one person to act as a receptionist.

Access to the bed in my room was difficult from both lateral sides. Table for writing/lap top was small. Opening hours of restaurant is too short

Super comfy extra large bed! Nice bathtub in the living room. All needed amenities in the room. Modern design. Breakfast in restaurant downstairs ala carte plus some options on the bar. all was perfect.

City centre location. Parking in secure underground car park a few minutes walk away. Good clean room.

We travelled by motorcycle so picking up key from hotel next door, then riding to car park and lugging all the gear was a bit of a pain.
