I will first of all commend 2 special people who, in their capacity made their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. They were professional, polite and very friendly: Without going into the details, Yanniek welcomed me on Saturday the 25th and Asja farewelled me on Sunday the 26th. The hotel location was adequate for me, due to the calm environment but a little bit far from the city center which I was not able to visit before my departure on Sunday. There is a large parking space and a private restaurant next to the hotel (Loetje). The breakfast was delicious and varied.

I had difficulties catching up a sleep because the other visitors in the room next to mine made a lot of noise the whole night. I understood that the night shift staff tried to calm them down in vain. My recommendation to this hotel management is to make the doors and possibly the walls sound proof. This is an apect that I have enjoyed at the Novotel facilities in the other parts of the world.

The room was big enough, not rumors on the night and an absolute comfortable bed . Big and clean shower whit warm water and different shampoos, all you need for stay on night . No waste plastic 👍

In the room was a bit cold , not during the night thanks to the tick blanket . The coffee machine doesn't work , and there is a boiler for hot water but not instant coffee or tea were provided. The person at the reception in the late evening wasn’t that friendly . My colleague ordered a dish whit a specific request at the bar but the waitress forget about it .

Staff you could not fault would do anything for make your stay delightful 🙂.

It's a 45/50 minute walk to the town. You can higher a bike and would take about 20 minutes. Location is right next to the highway. But other than that the hotel is wonderful. Prices are bit pricey for bar/and food compared to town prices. But your service from bar and kitchen staff amazing. You pay for what you get...!!

Very welcoming and smiling staff, whether it be the staff at the bar, at reception day or night, but also the cleaning staff, always smiling with a kind word. It was really very nice. I’ll come back for sure.

It is written that the establishment speaks French, but this is not the case. A simple, unimportant detail but which can make a person's stay difficult if they choose this hotel rather than another because we don't speak their language. Rather misleading which may not be appreciated. Besides, a bit of a bad experience with the first staff person who gave me my room, who had a really cold face when I said hello in French. Fortunately I speak English.

Location is excellent for access to Hoek ferry just an hour's journey away. Staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. We have stayed a few times before and will definitely be staying in the future. Also has a great restaurant next door in case you want something different.

Not sure I'm keen on the cleaning only every 3 days because coffee and tea tends to run out before.

We went during Easter week, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, with breakfast Easter Kids corner, with little gifts, chocolate eggs and customised pastries and doughnuts. Renovated common areas, with kids playroom. Rooms with toiletres of rituals.

The hotel is located just outside the city but within a 10 min. drive, you can park in the hotel, it is not expensive.

Very friendly staff!! The hotel looked a bit outdated and smelled a little old BUT everything was clean, comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel had a lively atmosphere and people seemed to enjoy being there. I also liked that there was a little ‘hallway’ in the room with an extra door, this made the soundproofing really good!

There could be some renovations or the price could be set lower. The hotel is not super close to the center. But overall enjoyable hotel!

Staff is friendly,

1x day cleaning crew did not make up the beds, while we indicated this at the reception. 1 friendly lady helped to make up beds and clean the room (233). Telephone did not work on the room (have to walk to reception) Seems no maintenance for outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. Both looks dirty. At the parking lot there was a person on a bicycle checking all the garbage bins for items.

Our room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and provided us with access to a bike lock up for free.

The only con would be that the property is a little bit out of central Breda, but if you’re happy and comfortable to cycle it’s fine.

The staff provided excellent assistance, the beds were comfortable, we appreciated the diverse breakfast choices, and the parking area was spacious.

During one of the days of our 3-night stay, upon returning in the evening, we discovered that the beds hadn't been made, despite the towels being changed, which we found to be unusual.
