Perfect location. In the heart of Breda, Close to the center with all ist nice bars, pubs and restaurant. The hosts are very nice and available If you have questions or If a problem needs to be solved. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

Steep stairs to enter the floors caused by the construction of building. It looks very nice but could be an issue for people who are handicaped. It takes time until the water ist getting warm and the the water drain ist a bit to small to ensure that water drain away. Minor issues as the location, the hotel and the staff is outstanding.

Lovely little hotel in a great location for the station and town centre with many bars and restaurants. Kettle and coffee machine in the room. Automatic key on your phone was sent to us and was easy to use. Reception is not permanently manned but the owners would be easy to contact. They left recommended places for breakfast which we tried and they were great. The stairs are very steep as it’s an old Dutch building! We were fine but you would struggle with big cases. Owners were friendly and helpful.

It was noisy outside on Saturday night, this was mentioned in the hotel description so we took earplugs and slept fine. Our room was on the side so not as bad as it could have been, glad we had read the information.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are very clean, beds comfy. The only thing to note is to check which room type is being booked - unfortunately, Booking.com lists (or listed when we booked) airco under all rooms at Sutor, however, only the rooms on the second floor have airco. When we arrived, we learned that due to Booking's mistake, our rooms didn't have airco. It was quite warm in the hotel, but the owners were very helpful and set us up with fans, so we were able to sleep comfortably. For hot days, I would recommended double-checking with the hotel directly on the airco.

We had an amazing stay here! From the warm welcome of Jessica, to the perfect location of the hotel. The room was very bright, spacious and spotless clean. Fast wifi, spacious bathroom. Communication with the owners was very easy and fast. Jessica gave us nice recommendations of where to go in the neighbourhood, since everything is walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

Nothing we didn't like, but we would love to come back again after the planned upgrades are finished!

Centric location, good size on the rooms and nice design. Friendly staff.

-If stairs are a challenge for you or if you have heavy luggage, this is a no go. Like many of the older buildings, the stairs here are steep and narrow. -Whenever other guests were in the hall outside of our bedroom, we could hear everything very loudly. - There's no safe in the rooms and no "do not disturb" sign. We asked that our room wouldn't be entered, for the safety of our things, but I think they didn't understand us, because they entered to do the rooms every day. Nothing happened anyways and it seemed like a safe place, but still something to consider if you have valuables with you.

Check - in after hours: might be a bit technologically demanding, but the Personel will assist you for sure if you have issues Steep stairs: an issue only if you have a really big and heavy luggage. But maybe the Personel has a solution, we just didn't ask Bikes overnight storage: we forgot to ask in advance about it. Seems there is no place on site (but please ask the Personel). Still, we used a public bike parling at the train station just 10 mins walk away.

the unexpected little surprise breakfast that I found in the room was indeed a very nice treat! I enjoyed it very much and it is a lovely gesture from the management to find some drinks and bits to eat in the room. Very good idea!

I personally did not like the wall paper design that much behind the bed in my room, but sure had my eyes closed during the night anyway. :-)

The hotel was just what we expected. It matched all the photos and description. Staff were very helpful when we were unable to access the property (uses an online key) and they sorted this out very quickly for us which was much appreciated.

Had to get a good work out with the suitcases up the stairs but we were prepared for this as it had been noted prior to booking.

A perfectly functional room in the center of Breda. The room was very well cleaned and perfectly comfortable if a bit small. Nevertheless, well equipped for arranging luggage and hanging coats. The beds were on the firm side, but we prefer that. The area is near to some of the bars, but far enough away down the street that we didn't have any problems with noise from the outside. And it was rather convenient to be able to walk out and be around the corner from some very nice restaurants.

It was perfectly suited for our short stay and there's nothing we didn't like. Arriving after 18:00 was not so straightforward, but the hotel accommodated us and we had no trouble. We did not try the breakfast.

The room was excellent and hospitality second to none. Would have given it a 10 if not for the steep steps. However Eric made sure we were on the first floor and carried our heavy bag to our room. Only a short walk to the train station and hundreds of restaurants on your door step. Lovely small hotel.

Steeps steps. However I had a very sore hip at the time.
