The room is nicely designed and properly cleaned. The staffs were super helpful even though check in & out is automated.

The breakfast option is not good, it’s relatively cheap compared to other hotels. But my personal preference is to pay more to get better food quality. The worst part is the IT security, before the trip, there seems to be someone who hacked the booking account of this hotel and sent out scamming/phishing messages. It lasted for hours which was very annoying and unpleasant.

Spotlessly clean, great disabled room with a shower wheelchair included, well designed and spacious room Staff were extremely friendly and were very helpful with suggesting places to visit. A great location for efteling. Bus stop two minutes away Plenty of food to choose from including McDonald's, KFC and a service style food court all in the same location. Supermarket walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Free parking. Air conditioning. Close proximity to Efteling. The smart TV allowed YouTube to be played which was a big bonus. The size of the room was very reasonable There's also KFC, McDonald's and a restaurant next to the hotel.

No USB sockets to plug in chargers. This would be a bonus if it could be added in future. Also it would be a nice if a mini bar/small fridge could be added to rooms as this was not included.

Fine basic hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Right next to the highway, which was perfect for my needs. Bed is nice

Self check-in with supervision seems a bit wasteful. It is a busy area, so can get noisy, but I didn't have any issues.

It was very warm outside, a bottle of water in the room would hef been nice.

Really nice hotel, with a great welcoming atmosphere. Bed was REALLY confortable and that was definitely a plus.

The positioning of the bathroom was kind of weird but that is just my point of view.

The room was nice, cool, clean, and comfortable.

We opted for a double bed instead of a twin, so they moved the beds together, and they still had single duvets, which I don't like.

Location and check in was smooth. Lots of eating places around.

Staff was not accomodating for requesting late check-in as we had to pay a full price for a few hours of night only.

The place where it was sometimes they were noises of cars and fridge there was no fridge but for the money it's very good hotel

Very beautiful hotel, in a very calm area. And their staff's are very nice people,i would definitely come back again.

I love everything about the hotel.
