Clean, convienient location and good breakfast options. It was super helpful that the hotel offered early check in and also late check out and a laundry service. The location is fantastic only a minutes walk from the station. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay a relaxed and enjoyable one. The team made me feel welcome and accomodated all of my needs during my visit. In particular Shakira showed outstanding hospitality, local knowledge and professionalism which really enhanced my stay and made it a memorable one. In general the staff were all fantastic and went above and beyond.

Although I had prepaid for breakfast for the duration of my 2-week long stay I was unable to get seated at breakfast on 3 occasions as it was incredibly busy. Often the coffee machine wasn't working meaning I was unable to enjoy a morning coffee. Most days this wasn't an issue however it was exceptionally busy on the rare occasion. It would have been helpful to be advised of busy periods in order to plan around it. The breakfast window is reasonably long so with that knowledge I could have come at a different time. Unfortunately I had left it too late which was on me. I felt that for the price it would have been reasonable to have had tea / coffee making facilities in the room as standard although it was available for a charge.

I was amazed by this hotel. Super close to the station, which is what I needed for a short stay. The rooms were so well designed, clean and perfectly fitted out. Staff were the best - so helpful and kind. I was incredibly lucky to be chosen as 'guest of the day' with a complimentary drink and breakfast, but even without that I would rate this hotel as one of the nicest I've stayed in. There's a cute little garden at the back to have a drink in. Demi on reception was such a lovely guy and I was made to feel very special.

The only thing I can think of is that a box of tissues would have been nice addition.

I was surprised by the location being so close to the main train station (Breda Centraal), but it is a very clean area and the hotel is spotless and up to date with has VERY quiet rooms - was never disturbed by a train noise even though we could see them pass below us....pretty amazing sound proof windows. Friendly accomodating staff. Bike rental was easy and getting around Breda was too. If you experience good weather, be sure to just sit and chill with some beverages and munchies in Valkenburg Park - great scene. Trattoria Perron in front of train station on Stationsplein was a delight!

Location was superb, right next to the train station and no noise from the trains at all. I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that but the town is a very short walk away. For parkrunners going to Waterrakers this is a good pick as it's 2 minutes to the bus stop so you can sleep in a bit or take a 48 minute warm up walk!

A very drunk guest came in and was singing and very loud in the early hours of the morning, for quite some time. Sadly nothing the hotel can do but it ruined a good stay and my sleep, I was told by reception that this sometimes happens on the weekend and they apologised.

A very quiet and clean hotel. Had a very nice coffee in the comfortable reception area. The staff in the reception and cleaning the rooms were very friendly. We became lost after getting in the wrong lift, and the person in the kitchen was helpful in showing us the way out. Thank you. 😁.

I would have liked a kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink. The room was a little cool ( it was early September, so probably the hotel was still in summer mode) but still very clean, stylish, and comfortable. 😁

The location was top notch! A hotel less than 2 minutes from the train station is the best thing ever! The hotel has everything one might need - a place to leave your bagge pre-check in; a TV; a big bed with one of the gratest mattresses I’ve slept on; a safe; a great bathroom and the friendliest staff ever. After 3 nights, I can confidently say that even on the 2nd floor, there was 0 outside noise at all times. No trains, no cars and no bikes were heard, props for this!

There was nothing to dislike. Any issues were adressed by the hotel staff in no time! 👏

The staff, both at the reception and housekeeping, were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and lobby were very clean. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet, although you can occasionally hear a passing train. I also appreciated the map of the city on the wall in the room. The location is fantastic, with restaurants, grocery stores, and especially the train station all nearby.

As a four-star hotel, I expected each room to have a kettle with tea and coffee, as well as a small fridge, a hairdryer, and slippers. The transparent shower was also an inconvenience. Additionally, the room warmed up very slowly, and it was almost impossible to adjust the temperature, even after changing the thermostat settings.

Brand new hotel, 200m walk from Breda train station. Nice rooms, good breakfast. We used the meeting rooms and they were perfect, very well prepared, good lunch

The girls at reception could be a little more accommodating and kind instead of being somewhat defensive about their rules (pay upfront, strict closing time of kitchen, declining room service etc). Minor detail: parking is on the roof of central station. Although seemingly close by and convenient, it is still quite cumbersome because of the distant location of elevator for the parking. So first drop your luggage, then park.

My room was facing the railway tracks. Although trains can be heard, the noise is so dull that it would not interfere with my sleep. Location is near the histiric center of the city and is aldo great if you plan trips on NS /Netherlands railway/. There was problem with my card transaction that was discovered five days after I paid when I was about to leave. The personell was very helpful of tracing the priblem trough Netherlands banking system and determining the problem is due crash on their side. And there was I, totally ignorant that no ammount of cash would fix similar problems since THEY DON'T TAKE CASH ALMOST ANYWHERE. Keep in mind - carry mote cards / Revolut ...

They don't take cash, but this is probably due legislation.

Located right next to the train station and within easy walking distance to the city center. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We like that the room cleaning was scheduled for once every 3 days.

The lighting in the room was less than ideal. The bathroom was very dim and had the light source very poorly positioned. You were always in the shadow of yourself. This made their lovely magnifying makeup mirror virtually useless.
