Location. Very central in Breda for shops, cafes, restaurants & not too far to the wedding we were attending. Bed is very comfortable.

The room has a few shortcomings, for example, no drawer space. Breakfast is expensive & the cereals are full of sugar! It's not good for me as I'm diabetic. No hot plates for hot food? The hotel is really only meant for a 2 or 3 day stay; we stayed a week.

The breakfast was nice (very good coffee) but not what one would expect for a hotel like this. There was limited choice in bread and it was a bit simple. The bar in the hotel was not in use and not very Cosy. It is unfortunate that the terrace was really not nice to sit at. It was only some chairs so we decided not to sit there for a drink. Besides that the wallpaper was coming down in some locations which was a pity for such a nice place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I am beyond impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. Let's start with the star of the show - the bed. Oh my goodness! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress was perfectly plush, and the linens were so luxurious. I have never had such a restful night's sleep. The pillows were not just comfortable; they were like something out of a dream – as soft as the moon itself (my wife even bought those pillows for us)! For those who appreciate tranquility, this hotel is a sanctuary of peace. It was so quiet; I could hear my own heartbeat. The serene atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvenated. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's pet-friendly policy. Traveling with my furry friend is a must, and this hotel made it an absolute delight. It's clear they understand the importance of making every member of the family feel at home. And let's talk about breakfast – wow! The spread was nothing short of fantastic. A variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start my day, and I felt energised for whatever adventures awaited. The staff deserves a special mention. Their friendliness and attentiveness were outstanding. It's evident that they take pride in providing exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming environment. In conclusion, if you're looking for a hotel that combines heavenly comfort, tranquility, pet-friendliness, and a fantastic breakfast, look no further. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay absolutely delightful!

we were arriving late- around 10pm i got a sms from my visa card stating that there was a transaction- it was not the amount of the hotelprice, not even with the security deposit that hotels often charge on check in (booking stated 100€ as security charge- but i was not checked in yet- so why charge a deposit ? ) , the company name was Odyssee Hotel Breda. i googled it, found no connection to Hotel Nassau nor Marriot Hotels. i called my visa to decline the payment, my card got cancelled , with all the fees ect. long story short- it was Hotel Nassau charging the amount plus 50€ extra for every day of Stay- why that they couldnt explain.. it was annoying.

We really liked the hotel, an excellent location and a very pleasant atmosphere, but above all we want to highlight the magnificent attention of all the reception employees and especially Mrs. L.H. from front office. On the trip an unforeseen event arose with our daughter, and all the hotel staff did their best to help us. They are very good professionals and very good people. We are very grateful. Thank you.

We were there in Breda to attend a wedding, so our criteria was walking distance to the reception after party. And it was but the hotel was very comfortable, and clean.

We don’t like it when the toilet door is glass so that’s my only complaint but the toilet is far from the bed so it doesn’t cause as much disruption if it were closer.

The shower is not comfortable at all: there is no door or privacy, using it wets the entire bathing area. Also, it is not possible to ventilate the rooms (at least on the ground floor) because the windows are sealed.

Could do with some signage for parking we wandered around trying to find the parking but in the end got it parked for us and an additional cost. I found the room and some of the hallways very cold, thermostat in the room only blowing cold. Turned it off and got into bed

There are only two parking spaces but they reserved one for us free of charge because of my wife's disability. The accessible room was superb with French windows opening out to the car parking area. The room was large, well appointed and perfect for wheelchair access. Access to the breakfast room was more difficult but it was later explained that there was a separate wheelchair route. The hotel is 200m from the Grote Markt and Breda is a very nice city so the location could hardly be better. We may well return because we arrived at the start of the jazz festival and Breda had a great atmosphere, but it was heaving, limiting our possibilities.

Loved the church concept and all the small cool and fun details everywhere you look. The dining area is beautiful, the barman is fun, valet parking handy, the room was nice. Everything was very clean and staff friendly.

The room was on the top level only reachable by steep stairs. This could have been communicated before. If you have problems with stairs or if you had couple of drinks, you can't get to your room easily ;) The view was hideous. I would have liked knowing that for 276,- per night I will have no view and no elevator. Note that if you want your minibar filled, you must book that option upfront, otherwise your minibar will be empty. But none of this spoiled our stay, the pros outweighed the cons by far.
