Very centrally located, 5 min walk from busstation. Good quality for the price of the room-with-breakfast. We had room 62: nice and quiet room on 2nd floor on backside, overlooking parking area with little park behind it. Good beds. Professional and very friendly service. Very good experience staying in Oosterhout (which was great after our horrific experience at t Zonneke a few years ago, where we were physically assaulted for complaining about outrageous party noise in the middle of the night, notwithstanding guarantees in advance from the manager that there would not be any party). A-hotel is the safe, much more pleasant choice for us for future H3H biennale visits to Oosterhout!

A minor detail: view from room on both sides of hotel (back and front) is on parking area. Just don't book for splendid city view from your room, everything else is perfectly fine here.

It appeared that a double bed duvet was folded in half as a duvet for a single bed causing it to be too thick and the overheating of the person sleeping under it. As a solution I took the duvet out of the duvet cover and unfolded it to the original thickness. Doing that exposed severe soiling of the the duvet. It appeared that it had been washed since but it was still a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is wonderful in many ways. The room was big and nice, the staff is very friendly, breakfast offers enough fresh and tasty options (even though the range of options is not very large) and this hotel is great value for money.

Most things were great. If I had to pick one area that might be slightly better, I would say: maybe offer a wider range of foods for breakfast. But, that's really a detail, because the breakfast was tasty.

Good Breakfast, cosy room, good-sized bathroom, nice location, and friendly staff. Evenings are very pleasant to walk around the neighbourhood. Try to park in front of the hotel ( Street: Waterlooplein | Parking Zone: 26225 ), which is free from 1800 to 0900 hrs. Parking Garage Basaliek, behind the hotel, is €6 per day.

Not exactly a no go, it would have been nice if Airco or fan would be provided in the room. I believe a portable fan might be available on request.

Always a pleasure to stay there. After multiple stays for work (professional travel), I can guarantee the other users of Booking.com that I was never disappointed in A Hotel. The quality of the service is constant and the personnel is very friendly and helpful. I recommend.

In the early morning or during the night, we may be disturbed by the noise of the doors of persons from neighboring rooms. The closing system of the doors is a little bit hard and when some people pull too fast, the clapping is loud.

The first thing you notice is the very friendly, helpful and smiling staff. It's a really nice start to your stay. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We were quite surprised as it turned out that the photos didn't do it justice. It was nice to come back after the long days, especially as the bed was very comfortable. We had a pleasant experience and if we decide to come back, we'll definitely choose the same hotel.

More vegan options in the menu would be nice! :)

Parking situation! The hotel does not have its own parking and the “street” parking is almost completely in use by the people living around the hotel. I think they should remove parking from their listing. During our stay we paid roughly 60 euros for parking in the parking garages 2 blocks down. Which wasn’t too bad.

Clean and airy bedrooms with a nice sized bathroom with both shower and bath. The staff are so friendly and offer advice regarding the area and public transport. The breakfast was fantastic. A wonderful array of fresh breads, pastries, meats, cheeses and more. Parking at the recommended carpark was fantastic value at €6, only payable if you move your car and use the tickets available from the hotel reception.

Everything was great!, excellent breakfast, staff at the level and the location was beautiful.I will definitely tell my friends about Tom hotels and the beautiful city, thank you very much!
