Lovely room, lot of detail for decoration. I got a free upgrade and stayed in a room with a little tower that had a sitting area. Location opposite the station was very good. The room had airconditioning, which was nice as it was hot outside and sleeping with windows open is a bit noisy due to the heavy traffic in this very central area. There is an evening store right next door.

They had self check-in and a bit more lighting and no music in the area where the tablet was located would have made the experience better. Also it was not very clear where to leave the keycard at check-out.

Self check-in process very straight forward and quick. We wanted to extend our stay with another night, whcih was quickly arranged by sending the hotel a message through the Booking.com app. Very quick response of the hotel an all requests. Hotel is very close to Den Bosch train station and the city center. Rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. Daily room service was good. Definitely recommend this for the price.

1 of the rooms was on the small side

the proximity to the train station and the main attractions in town, additionally, the coffee shop in the first floor is very helpful to grab breakfast and or a coffee and cookies,,, a must for the budget traveler

the street can be a bit noisy if you are a sensitive sleeper otherwise its great, the no staff or desk check in can be a bit confusing for the old folks who are not use to using and app to check in,

Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and light. The location--right across from the train station--was central. I had never been to Den Bosch and quite liked the town, too.

We had host-less check in, which was tough for us since we are bicycle touring and nobody could tell us where to store our bikes overnight. We ended up hauling them up to our room on the top floor, up the steep and twisted Dutch staircase! We managed this with great care and managed to not mar any walls, but it was tight. We have light bikes, so not sure what we would have done with heavier bikes or e-bikes. There is bicycle storage at the train station, but not secure enough for our liking.

The location is superb, right next to the train station. It was easy for me to grab a OV-bike to get to work with. I was a bit apprehensive about the automated check-in but it went smoothly. The room is pretty much what you pay for, to me it was good value. Also, the city lends itself to a nice walk outside.

To no fault of their own, they are located next to a 24-h convenience store - there was a crowd of youngsters hanging outside the entrance when I arrived in the evening. Once inside I didn't hear them at all, so it wasn't all that bad. Inside the room it's easy to hear other guests walking in the hallway.

It was perfect, very good location, 2 min to walk to the train station, 5min to the centrum. Room was super cozy and comfortable, even if I had small room, it has everything you need, fridge, kettle, hair dryer, really comfortable! One of the best hotels I’ve been in Netherlands, and I’m travelling here alot!

Very close to central station and a cafe downstairs. Clear instructions and very clean. Tiny room I got but well equipped. It’s also well designed for security. I also like the way the hotel depicted about the history of Den Bosch and the hotel.

It is renovated from a typical old Dutch house so elevator available and the staircase is a bit steep. It’s a bit overpriced.

located near the train station and easy to find. A short walk to the Market and other sites to visit. Easy for friends to locate and pick us up for excursions around the area.

The self check in is not as easy as it could be. You got to make sure you pay attention to having the entry code that is provided to you prior to your arrival. During the daylight hours the light on the pad is hard to see lite up as you enter the code. As such we had a little trouble entering the building.

Lovely hotel right next to the train station, and a five min walk to the main town part, highly recommend Easy check in and out, only downside, my room was up on the top floor so stairs and luggage not a good mix 🤣, but other than that small expected issue, I enjoyed staying there for 2 nights

The location right outside the station and right at the city centre is great. The room also has a wonderful view. The self-service is convenient and works well.

The door of the shower cubicle reminded me of a cheap, portable vacation home. I think it is a plastic door. It is very wobbly when open and stiff to open and close. Other than that. I like to be able to have some coffee in the room.
