The property is in a very good location, in an extremely calm area and easy to access. The rooms were comfortable and wide, and the staff were very helpful. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and the daily service was very much on time every day.

I feel that the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. That's not necessarily a bad thing, perhaps the timing of my booking was bad - but comparatively, feels expensive. During the night a couple times I heard weird noises coming from the climatization system, nothing terrible, but woke me up!

So Terneuzen isn’t exactly tourism central, and while I’d probably give the hotel a little less praise if located elsewhere, it’s the absolute best in Terneuzen. - the rooms are spacious, opt for superior rooms for that extra comfort - the staff is very nice - the location is good, for Terneuzen, which doesn’t really have hotels downtown. It’s closest to downtown out of all the available options on booking (hotel ones, there are a few apartments closer). And the walk to downtown is very pleasant, along the seafront - be warned, a charming, but surprising thing on that route is locals greet each other (and you) when they pass, so prepare to say “hallo” a lot on a sunny day :) - the hotel has a nice restaurant if you don’t want to walk the 15 minutes downtown. It has a variety of choice and is quite cheap for a hotel restaurant. - there is also a supermarket like 100m from the hotel, at present it looks like a building site, as they are rebuilding it (August 2023) but don’t make my mistake from the first day, it’s there, in a temporary building in the back. - buses to Middelburg, Ghent, Goes etc stop near the hotel

Well, it is close to downtown, but also far. Close for Terneuzen which for some reason has no hotels in the center, but the walk is 15-20 minutes to the nearest restaurant (except the hotel one), but hey, it’s as good as it gets here. But after Middelburg, with tons of options downtown it was quite a walk to get anywhere. Biking helps ;)

Hello, overall my stay was good. I found the staff to be very helpful; I forgot my charger at the hotel and contacted them a few days later, and they had found it and sent it to me right away. Communication with them was very smooth and quick. This was a big plus for me, as I haven't experienced the same level of service at other hotels I've stayed at.

The staff was extremely helpful, and excited to help. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and very delicious.

The plugs at the coffe machine was not working and had to move the machine to a plug that worked. The provided coffee facilities in the room was not sufficient for the amount of persons booked in the room. Bathroom props was not working.

The room was spacious, bathroom clean. The hotel overall looks good and the surrounding area is nice. The views from the restaurant are beautiful. Breakfast was good, includes fresh yoghurt and a lot of pastries to choose from.

There was no air conditioning in the room. The fan provided is just not an efficient replacement. The minibar (mini-cooler) is put inside a completely closed compartment of the desk. Not having any ventilation, all the heat stays inside and the cooler is more hot than the air in the room.

Check-in smooth, room is comfortable. Shower good. Switching on the bed lights is tricky (TIP: two very small switches at the bottom). The restaurant is really good! Very friendly staff, swift service, tasty and beautiful arranged food. Didn't use the spa. Nice view (though from side of hotel) over the Schelde estuary. Had to leave a day early due to positive self-test, the day was credited to the bill. Thank you!

Breakfast could have been better: provide some espresso cups, fresh juice instead of juice-tap. Everything is in closed trays. Yes, it is all hygienic but not very appealing.

Wonderful location right on the walking/biking path along the water with amazing views of the interesting ship traffic. A short walk to center of town. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

The guy at the reception was so kind and helpful, he save my life as i have reached late at night . He is very good person

Good for a standard business trip. Sauna seemed to be open, pool still closed, which is understandable. Service in the restaurant was quite good!
